genessia | 03: Cool Down [Open Action]

Who: Adela & OPEN
Where: Hospital, Genessia City
When: March 25th-31st
Notes: She's recovering from her recent kidnapping experience, and unfortunately she's not able to do it at home. Whether someone's heard about her disappearance and rescue or has simply come across the wrong room is up to you.
Warnings: None for now.

[ Nehra... She's exhausted.

Adela sighs as she stares up at the ceiling of the sterile room, not liking the smell or the environment around her. Even with Katara's healing she had lost a lot of blood from the whole kidnapping incident, with only an apparent strange new power to show for it. Well, maybe not only that.

There are still the wounds to her pride she has to nurse, as well.

She's still stuck at the hospital too, as they want her to stay there with no one at her 'home' to take care of her while she recovers. Not only from blood loss, but from the TV world gate itself having taken a lot out of her during her time in there as well. Her shoulder is still incredibly stiff too, still requiring a sling to keep it still and prevent unnecessary strain.

It bothers her to no end, as she can't work or move or... Well, do anything other than rest. She hasn't even had a chance to thank those who saved her properly yet.

Finally the sound of someone coming into the hospital room gets her attention, and Adela tries to sit up to see who's there when she hears it. ]

Hello...?

[ ... Damn, her voice feels too weak then. She can't help but hate how weak she sounds and feels, on top of everything else. Maybe whoever it is can help her feel better about all that. ]

If your only issue with my being here is that I am not helping you heal? I could do that, but it's excruciatingly painful I've gathered.

[ Plus he only turns people immortal when he's bored or it can cause some mayhem. ]

What I want is peace and quiet and to be left alone. Not with you or any of your snakes, so please leave already!

This, coming from the man refusing the request for peace and quiet from a patient trying to recover in the hospital and continuing to harass said patient?

[ Oh and look, another snake slithers into the room, followed by another. The first one is not very big, but the second one is very big. ]

That makes you a hypocrite, you realize!?

[ Her voice might have gone high-pitched at the end there because no this is all kinds of not okay why are there snakes WHY ARE THERE HUGE SNAKES ]

I don't recall ever saying that I am not a hypocrite.

[ She should be glad he doesn't have any of the bigger ones summoned at the moment. ]

[ Yeah she's starting to look a little pale there. Too many snakes, this is all kinds of not okay, and why do some of them have to be huge on top of that???

Eventually it's too much, and she's starting to feel light-headed from not breathing properly before flopping back onto the bed, whining a bit as she really can't do anything about the jerk and his reptiles. Not without hurting herself, anyway. ]

[ Well that was just sad. Or he would think so if he had any pity in his body.

He wanders over to her, and at least only one snake follows. Unfortunately it's the biggest of the bunch. He touches his chin with one of his bandaged hands, and looks down at her, which he can actually do since she's lying down. ]

You seem a little distressed. Why?

[ He knows why. He's such an asshole. ]

Such a temper.

I have no patience for someone who would continually torment me when my only wish as of now is to rest and recover.
