[ As her face appears on screen, Winter's expression is stern; if not a touch annoyed with her pale blue eyes piercing and cold. Like they could freeze anyone they fixed themselves on. By the look of it, arms crossed over her chest and visible from where the device was recording her from. ]

It has come to my attention that a lot of people have things to say regarding Weiss Schnee and how she has been doing things in this world.

[ There's a bite of harshness in her voice then. ]

I have looked through that anonymous 'chat' and see a lot of you cannot put your true feelings out there without wearing a face of anonymity. How cowardly. So with that said, I will put this out there without hiding.

[ Winter clears her throat, eyes narrowing a touch and completely unafraid. She can be a little reckless - as most Schnees tend to be - and as such does not exclude her from this and may likely regret it but for now she can't let this slide. ]

ANYONE who has an issue with my sister or anything that she's involved in will take it up with me before choosing to engage with her in any way or form. This is non-negotiable so if any of you are not weak-kneed and cowardly enough to shy away then come forwards and I will deal with you without fear.

[ Come at her. Really. She's sick of the people talking smack about her baby sis, and even if the younger Schnee can take care of herself, it didn't mean she was going to sit by and let people do whatever they wanted. ~~This was necessary, Weiss.~~ ]

[ Considering she isn't the type to senselessly toss out compliments or flattery, it kind of is something to be proud of to an extent. Not that she thinks of herself vainly, but believes kind words should be given to those who earn them. ]

I'm well aware of that. As you have said, those matches are a part of the Vytal Festival and those who participate are meant to fight seriously, and both your team and my sister's fought quite well.

[ On her good side so here. Have something kind of like another nice comment but do not think it's a regular occurrence for her by any means. Infact, it's HIS words that are enough proof in themselves that she feels like she can trust their validity. ]

The more unified your fighting forces are, the stronger you will be as a whole and I only ask that there are people she can trust who will support her. Being in a position of power puts one at risk comparative to most, so be wary of anyone who may wish to get close to her without due reason.

[ Just a piece of advice more than anything. ]

[ In spite of his issues with Papa Schnee's business practices - and while he may have initially taken some of those issues out on Weiss in the arena - he holds nothing but respect for Winter. She's more than proven her worth to Atlas and to humanity in general, so one might say Flynt is something of a fan. At the very least he thinks she's someone worthy of a great deal of respect.

So hearing her praise his team's performance? It's the highlight of his day, and he's not so good at hiding it judging from the way his smile widens. ]

It was a pretty great match, for sure. If my partner finds her way here, I'd love to have a rematch.

[ ... if Yang's up to it, but that's not an issue he's about to bring to the surface here and now. ]

I mean, I'm not her bodyguard - I can't keep an eye on her every second of every day, and I'm not sure she'd want me to even if I could.

[ ... maybe. He's not one hundred percent sure how Weiss would feel about that in certain contexts, but the last person he's going to mention that to is Winter. ]

But I do care about her. You can trust me on that. If she's in danger, I'll do whatever I can.
