05: Explorations (Open Action, Genessia City)

Notes: Less getting lost, more SHOPPING! Clothes shopping specifically, though she can be found in other places.
Warnings: Depends on what clothes she ends up finding.

A. Clothing Stores

[ Seeing some of this fashion really makes Adela think that she's in far over her head.

It isn't the price tags that are shocking her, not really, but... More of just how much skin everything shows. She'd been doing this with the intent of maybe trying to fit in somewhere that wasn't Fayren all of the time, but seeing some of the selection is a bit too much for her. Red-faced, the small teen finally ends up giving up on this store and makes to essentially flee the scene...

Unfortunately, with her eyes on the ground in front of her, she doesn't see who she bumps into rather suddenly and she back-pedals with a grunt. ]

I-I am sorry... [ Why is this happening. She's too nervous to really care whose fault it is or who bumped into who, just as long as she can get out without getting completely overwhelmed. ]

B. Cat's Eye Café

[ This place seems so nice... And it smells pleasant, too.

Adela finds herself seated at a small table by the window, and the experience isn't like any she's had before even on entering the café. She can't help a soft and almost gentle expression pulling at her expression as she just takes everything in, reading over the menu. It feels like she's spoilt for choice, unsure of just what she should pick and having to take quite a long time with it. A part of her is feeling adventurous, but what to pick?

Her attention shifts when she notices someone approaching, though if they're a server or not... Well, that remains to be said. ]

C. Park

[ Whether she's empty-handed or has her plunder for the day, the park is a place Adela will visit without fail. Even if Fayren has the ocean, something about the park and the pond there is just soothing to her. She can be found sitting near the shore, skipping any suitable pebbles she can find along the water or otherwise just watching the other passers-by. It's a reminder that even in this strange world, there are things she can appreciate about it.

Now, if only it wasn't tempting to nap by the shore. She seems to be nodding off every so often, as if being in the warm spring sun and the fatigue of the day are tempting her to sleep right then and there. ]

[Ugh, Icy didn't like the park, but she had to walk through it in order to get somewhere, so along the way it might be getting a little closer than Spring should be as well as snow.]

[Speaking of the unexpected, Adela was probably not expecting Satsuki to be in an establishment like this. Really? Her working a clothing store? Then again, with all these vibrant, fancy, and clearly not inexpensive designs, perhaps it isn't so surprising.

Regardless, Satsuki is the one bumped into, and not adorn in her usual uniform-ish attire but rather a white and black dress and matching shoes. She's practically sparkling despite what little jewelry she wears, necklace and a bracelet.

She should be annoyed by such a careless bump, and while her expression gives off its usual negative impression, she's actually somewhat pleased to see the redhead again.]

[He says sorry at almost the same moment that she does. Yes, he was apologizing for getting bumped into. Not that he really noticed. He was so absorbed in studying the outfits. It was a good idea to figure out what kind of fashion people wore here and it would give him ideas for what to carved onto his figurines. Which would explain why he's even in this section of the store.]

Oh. Adela, it's you. [He smiles once he recognizes her.]

SHOPPING - Continued from Yang and Angelo

[ Adela just watches as Angelo leaves, taking a couple of breaths before sighing and relaxing a little. She felt at least a little better now, like she has some personal space back before turning to Yang once more. ]

I should thank you once more, for stepping in... I had intended to find another store, as I could not find anything I could stand to wear in here.
