I'm told this world is safe, and while mine may not have always been the safest, at least there I understood why I was being kidnapped.

[ she doesn't have secrets, per say, (though she most certainly has them) so much as she's incredibly guarded. she was too trusting during the war, too open. maybe the world needed her to be, but she made mistakes then and likes to think that she's learned from them. ]

But I mean, I think there are just a lot more people willing to fight for what's right to keep it safe. There are way too many questions left unanswered to trust whoever brought us here though.

That every so often something happens. But between those times it does appear safe. Plus we don't know much about each other as well, which can be nerving. Who might hurt us who is truly good. I would like to think more people are good, but you can never be sure.
