[Everyone will get an invitation though there are specific friends of Levy's that she sends personal messages to imploring that they come and have a good time at the beach. There have been more than a few trying things as of late and she thinks that everyone needs to have a chance to relax and have fun.

After getting permission from Troy she sets up a little space on the beach within Dubai's sub-archway. Just as he promised it's the most beautiful beach she's seen. The water is crystal clear and the sand almost a pearly white.

She has a few things set up for those who arrive. There are tables and chairs under canopy and a few extra towels for those who forgot to bring one. There is a boardwalk nearby that people can walk down, checking out the shops and the food. Levy has watermelon and others summer time snacks set up for people to pick at. There is a beach ball and a net set up for those who want to play on the beach.

As the sun sets there will be fireworks and star gazing.

As a benefit of knowing Troy there are also rooms available at the hotel located behind the party. The Atlantis is a nice place and will be the hosts of the fireworks show as well.]

[Blake stretched out on her stomach.] I guess it's good to be under the covers with a book and some tea....I always prefer the sun, though. I feel sleepy all the time when it's cold.

[Though curling up with Yang at night was nice and warm too.] You're always warm though, I doubt you even notice the winter.

[The last bit was added teasingly.]

[Yang shoots Blake a playful smile, though her eyes do linger on her girlfriend as she stretches.] Doesn't the sun usually make people feel sleepy? Getting warm and comfortable?

It certainly doesn't stop you from sleeping against me at night~. And I definitely notice the winter. Just because I'm warm doesn't mean I won't feel the cold.

Though perhaps you could help warm me up during the winter~.

[Blake gave her girlfriend a snarky smirk.] Just in the winter?

[She rolled onto her back and gave an exaggerated stretch.] I'm warm and comfortable now.

[Her amber eyes were glittering mischievously. Maybe she could get used to teasing the blond.]

[Now Blake's getting a look.] And the other seasons. You know what I mean, Blake.

[Taking the chance since their blankets were right next to each other, Yang moved closer to Blake to cuddle against her girlfriend, her head resting on the other girl's shoulder.]

Maybe I should help keep you warm then~.

[She gives Yang an innocent look, feigning ignorance..] But we're already in the sun.

[Yep, teasing Yang is fun. But she nuzzles the blond anyway.]

[Blake gets another flat look from Yang for that.]

If you're wanting to get into the teasing business, you should be careful of starting with a splash. [The blonde teases back, not at all serious about her threat. No point in causing trouble when there doesn't need to be as she simply snuggles against the faunus, enjoying the other girl's warmth too.]

[The cat faunus smirks right at the look.]

But then I'll be wet and cold and then what will I do? [Said with the most innocent face ever.]

Then you can cuddle up with me and we can work on getting you all warmed up. [Yang's speaking in a playful tone, teasingly flirty as she bumps her hips against Blake's.]

Hmm...just as soon get in the shower for that. [Blake was definitely being coy now.]

Ooh, not a bad idea. We can get clean while getting dirty.~

[Yang's definitely being the flirty one instead.]

[Blake groaned and buried her face in her arms at the blond's comeback. Not that she was going to admit it outright, but a shower with Yang didn't sound too bad. The girl could probably make her own steam room with her semblance.

She looked out at the water keenly aware of the presence of the person she trusted the most close by. It was a beautiful day. People were laughing, playing, eating...]

I want every day to be like this.

[Yang's smile turned more soft, more serene as she lay against Blake, watching the waves crash in against the sand as she wrapped her arm around the other girl.]

Yeah...Days like this are to be savored.

[She hesitated for a moment, then gave in and nuzzled into the blond. She didn't want to miss being able to enjoy this over being self-conscious. This was being happy. It was okay to be happy.]

I agreed to go shopping with Weiss. [Blake commented after a moment of silence.] I don't think it was offered as a choice either. She might come with whatever personal guard she has and escort me by force.

[She was joking. But who knew with Weiss?]

Well at least we'll get to see what you look like in lace dresses.

[Yang's half-joking, but considering Weiss' preference for clothes and how pushy she can be...maybe Blake'll end up with a few outfits she didn't normally get.]

Have some fun though. It'd be nice to see the two of you hang out together.

I do not do frilly. [Blake stated this flatly. Blake wasn't petite like Weiss and Ruby. It would just look weird. Though she had to admit, Coco's outfits were nice. She had found a way to accessorize bullets, too, which one had to admit was impressive.]

Yeah, get our minds off of all of this election stuff. I still can't believe some of the jerks that had the nerve to run.

You sure? I think you'd look cute in it.

[Being petite was no excuse for frills. Yang's seen girls wear frills that weren't as petite as Ruby or Weiss. The Malachite twins came to mind for sure.]

Mm...I agree with you there, Blakey. But I don't think they'd get very far. People tend to be preetty good at seeing through their bullshit.

[Blake colored a little self-consciously, but she smiled.]

Thanks for small favors. I don't know how Weiss deals with it. [Blake was completely content when their youngest member had been made team leader. She hadn't wanted the position while in the White Fang and she hadn't changed her opinion as a huntress.] Especially considering if one of those freaks won. Can you imagine Torchwick as your colleague? [She shuddered.] I lose the position the first day for shooting him.

To be fair, I'd shoot him too. I'd do it if he even became Guardian too. No way in hell I'm letting him go. 'Redeemed Criminal' or not.

[Blake pondered being in an office all day.] I don't think it suits either of us.

[She can't help abut smile at Yang's comment.] Lets hope we don't have to. Being a fugitive gets old.

[Not that she and Adam didn't sneak into places anyway. She and Yang could, in theory, do the same, but it wasn't a life she wanted to return to. Always having to look over one's shoulder. Never being quite sure if you could stay anywhere.]

Definitely not. [Yang was no way going to be behind an office desk all day. NOt if she could help it.]

Yeah...I'd rather not be one...just saying, I'd rather not have them be in any position of power.

I don't know. [Blake lifts an eyebrow.] In times of war, no one would mess with your city. Your people might be grateful then.

I'm not that infallible, Blake. There are plenty of people stronger than me.

[She looked at Yang feeling a bit taken aback at the serious turn in the conversation.] There's always going to be someone stronger. It doesn't mean you wouldn't protect your city.
