[Nova City - Day]
[He'd been in this world for a day now, and the situation hadn't improved. He kept his head low, avoiding the choice of making use of the videophone until he had a full grasp on the situation and how to handle it. His mobile unit had no reception, which meant contacting the Sunflower Girl was out. The brat wasn't present either, but that would save him headaches and he was perfectly fine with not have to babysit him anymore. But the problem was that he was missing Nero- the dark terrennial wouldn't leave him hanging like this, and having spent an entire day here now, he was beginning to rule out trickery from the luna terrennial, or even from that one damn Immortal.
He was on the doorstep of his quarry before. And the idea of being trapped in this place without the prey he'd been chasing for seven years left a quiet rage burning inside of him.
He didn't know what he was after beyond information. The violet haired man chose to wander Nova City during these hours, shoving security robots out of his way and simply forcing his way past any crowds while walking down the streets. If he bumps shoulders with anyone, he won't even bat an eye, and he certainly won't apologize. As far as he was concerned? They shouldn't have been there in his way in the first place.]
[Everglade - Night]
[A man like him was almost drawn to this place. A city of reaked of darkness and death. It was just as bad as New Culiacan... which certainly meant that at least Lucian wouldn't be bored in this world. Perhaps he should be thankful for small favors. The undead of this place would taste his blade just as the hellspawn of his own world did, and he would make short work of whatever creature would dare charge the Dark Swordsman in the dead of night.
If he happened to help anyone? It just came with the territory, and he certainly wouldn't do it intentionally. This city had an undead problem, and it seemed to him that no one decided to stand up against them and simply accepted their fate. Right now, things sure didn't seem as different in Everglade than it did back in Acuna. And Old Culiacan, for that matter.]
