Okay, so, I'm sure I won't have to tell Vegeta because like me, he probably felt this but... I have something of a public service announcement. There is an alien here that I have... personal experience with. I would love to say he's exaggerating on his claims, but he's mostly not. Okay, story time...

[He clears his throat and all.]

So, I crossed paths with him on the Planet Namek, looking for a way to restore the Dragon Balls of my world with their Dragon Balls - it's a long story, but whoever assembles the balls gets a wish. Anyway, Frieza and his army were looking for the balls so Frieza could wish for immortality. My buddy Goku was able to beat him... but only after he killed me with a single gesture. Oh, and Planet Namek? Didn't survive the fight.

Goku and Frieza's battle blew up an entire planet. And that wasn't Frieza's first. Or third. Frieza is a ruthless, bloodthirsty, power-hungry psychopath that won't hesitate to kill if you get in his way. Heck, look at him wrong and you might get vaporized. Or he may do it for fun. Just... steer clear of him.

Let Vegeta, 18, and I handle him. We're... probably the best equipped to do that.

Yeah. In fact, one of the Kai's helped me train while I waited for my friends to wish everyone Frieza killed back with the Dragon Balls.

Well, I'll have to make sure we're not stepping on any toes, but my wife might be able to handle it. I promise nothing, but I can ask.

Honestly, I'd rather keep as many people out of this as possible. I know you say you're strong, and I don't doubt it, but you've never seen Vegeta fight. The fewer people he needs to be aware of to avoid friendly fire, the better.

You can say that, but my brothers aren't the type to avoid getting themselves killed. And they're harder to keep alive than it is to kill someone who can bleed.

As someone who has died twice already, that's not a good thing.

As someone who desperately does not want to outlive everyone else....

Sounds like Goku and Vegeta really. First time Goku heard about Frieza, his first thought was "Oh boy, a strong opponent!" He's like a brother to me but Goku can be pretty darn dumb at times.

Jeez... that sounds like Roger.

Heh, yeah... I've known Goku since we were kids. He's extremely talented, and can take care of himself no problem, but he's not very bright. Still, you'll never find a better, kinder person in the universe.

Okay that's not like Roger.

Yeah. We were rivals when we were kids. Friendly rivals, always pushing each other to be better.

But he didn't really get serious until someone was in danger or... or I had died. Both times I died, Goku kinda lost it.
