Action: Genessia Library

[This is one of the few times that Crystal finds herself outside of Nova City. It's the place she's gotten used to and she likes it there. It doesn't however, have information on earth's history. Which brings her to the library in Genessia which magically has books from everywhere.

She's sitting at a table with a small smile on her lips and a book posed between her fingers. It's about the French revolution and obviously a history book to those looking over her shoulders because there are no pictures.

Unlike her usual wear she isn't in a dress but a loose light blue blouse, a white skirt and brown strappy sandals. It's the best outfit she has to combat the heat.]

Action: Park

[After checking out a few books she finds herself walking around the park. She enjoys nature though only when cut and displayed for it's beauty. It's something that her and this park have in common. Her bright blue eyes scan the area as she finds a secluded place to sit.

She has no intention of anyone coming across her.

Crystal pulls a small book from her purse, her long lovely legs curled beneath her and begins to sketch. They are small drawings of the plants in front of her without shading or details and yet they are a perfect replica of what she sees.]

[Crystal nods her head, magic really isn’t her forte and she knows nothing about her own lineage.]

I don’t know if sneaking is the right word but it sounds like you have a plan.

[A smile teases her lips.]

That’s good.

Fayren has that issue with Hands of Decay, and I opened my business because humans need protection from all the demons that run around at night in Everglade. Life's quite dangerous!

But doing right by others and having a sense of adventure I feel is worth it.

[Crystal has learned of Everglade though it'd been through what she affectionately names the hard way. No one had told her about the curfew.]

That's very noble of you.

[She enjoys adventures though she's happy to live vicariously through her books or movies.]

Ah, thanks.

[ Konoka didn't believe her works were all that special given the people around Genessia, but playing humble felt like it would have the opposite effect. She figured just being polite was the best thing to do. ]

By the way, where do you go shopping for those clothes?

[Crystal laughs softly.]

I go to a few places.

[She has a passion for looking nice.]

I'd be happy to show you if you're interested.

Oh, that sounds nice!

[ The excitement is palpable in Konoka's eyes despite otherwise not moving much, she leaned closer a bit, but that was all. ]

I just might look as good as you are!

[Crystals smile tugs a little wider.]

It takes practice, are you used to using makeup at all?

[She's a painter and above that she has to look nice for work. She's learned to use small amounts of makeup to look natural while other times she makes her eyes shine like crystal gems in the night.

It's all a matter of perspective.]

I am! I used to get dressed up for arranged stuff with my family, and picked it up from there.

[ Thank goodness she's not bound to stuff like that anymore. ]

I'm a free woman now, though. Looking stylish is something I like doing for myself.

[Crystals expression remains the same however there is a small stir of emotion behind her eyes. She quickly buries knowing that it won’t be noticed and presents the girl a smile.]

Then tell me when you’re free and what clothes you’d like and I can see about picking some out for you.

[Everything will complement each other, makeup, hair, clothes though Crystal can do this easily it’s better if she explains the process so that she doesn’t always have to be there to help.]

Great! I'm usually free on early nights and weekends!

[ Konoka will be eager to see Crystal's style at full bloom. She's got a good feeling about this! ]

I'm afraid I work nights but I can spare time over the weekend mid-day.

[When it's dark she's usually at work.]

That's okay. My weekend is usually more free.

[ She still doesn't like living in Castlevania, but moving will be in the cards soon enough! ]

Any place I should meet you, or can I expect a call first?

I'll send you a message a few hours before. If that's alright?

[She doesn't make extensive future plans.]

Sounds fine to me!

[ She checks her device. Oh crap, she needs to actually head back!

[ A wink later, and she's off. ]
