04TH AFFAIR | ACTION!
Action: Genessia Library
[This is one of the few times that Crystal finds herself outside of Nova City. It's the place she's gotten used to and she likes it there. It doesn't however, have information on earth's history. Which brings her to the library in Genessia which magically has books from everywhere.
She's sitting at a table with a small smile on her lips and a book posed between her fingers. It's about the French revolution and obviously a history book to those looking over her shoulders because there are no pictures.
Unlike her usual wear she isn't in a dress but a loose light blue blouse, a white skirt and brown strappy sandals. It's the best outfit she has to combat the heat.]
Action: Park
[After checking out a few books she finds herself walking around the park. She enjoys nature though only when cut and displayed for it's beauty. It's something that her and this park have in common. Her bright blue eyes scan the area as she finds a secluded place to sit.
She has no intention of anyone coming across her.
Crystal pulls a small book from her purse, her long lovely legs curled beneath her and begins to sketch. They are small drawings of the plants in front of her without shading or details and yet they are a perfect replica of what she sees.]

Park
Fancy meeting you here.

Crystal places her pencil in her book and closes it.]
As if by design. [Her tone is light and teasing.] Do you always fly around the city Mr.Storm?

[Her smile widens as she tucks a loose strand of gold behind her ear.]
Does the heat bother you?
[Crystal will admit that it's to hot for her and her appartments AC isn't the best.]

[action; park]
Despite the fact he still felt a bit embarrassed about their last encounter, he did genuinely like her and to know they might share a passing hobby made him decide to approach her. As usual, he was much too naturally curious. With his hands in his pockets and a brown satchel hung across his body, he stepped forward and casually leaned into her line of vision. Whatever she was drawing or writing, he wouldn't look unless she offered him the opportunity. ]
Fancy meeting you here.
[ His grin was warm and friendly, a small hint of mock surprise in his voice. ]
[action; park]
Fancy indeed.
[She smiles up at him, making no motion to move from her seat against the tree.]
Do you come here often?
[Crystal doesn't think she'll ever forget their date and she finds Jefferson entertaining but also sweet in his own way.]
[action; park]
Jefferson kept his smile, but he didn't know if he was going to stay long enough to sit or not. She probably wanted privacy since she'd closed her book. ]
Pretty often. Do you? I haven't noticed you around before.
[action; park]
[Her expression softens.]
Would you like to join me? The heat isn't so intense in the shade and there is occasionally a light breeze.
[action; park]
[ Her invitation seemed to catch him by a sort of surprise that he tried quickly to cover with a smile. ]
I'd be remiss to reject such an offer. [ He gave a teasing bow much like he had the first day they'd met before sitting and leaning back against the tree in a carefree sort of way. It was definitely more comfortable. ] Not a bad little spot you've found.

[Action: Library]
She had seen the blond reading the book as she went to and fro, but eventually she actually paid attention. Drawn almost by curiosity, Konoka approached her. ]
That a history book?
[ She hadn't seen a non-magic-based one in ages. It looked so foreign! ]
[Action: Library]
Yes. It's about the French Revolution that took place on Earth.
[She made sure to find one that is from her world.]
Are you interested in History?
[Action: Library]
[ As an aside, Konoka quickly adds something. ] I like your style!
Though if I were honest, I was just looking for a good book to sink into.
[Action: Library]
[Crystals expression softens.]
What sort of books are you interested in? Perhaps I can recommend something from my own world. There is a greater chance you haven't read it.
[Action: Library]
[ That might go double since while Konoka had learned English in her world, the language barrier was nonexistent here... as far as she knew anyway, which meant there might be a treasure trove of adventures she'd have a better grasp on. ]

Hey, there. It's been a while.
Action; Park
It's always good to see him.]
It has. Any longer and I would have missed you. [Her tone remains light and teasing.]
Are you out for a run in this heat?
[She sounds equally impressed and worried. Surely he can take care of himself though the heat feels uncomfortable against Crystal's skin and she's sitting beneath the shade of a tree.
Her eyes roam down his chest, not bothering to hide her stare.]
How is it that no matter that state I met you in I want to kiss you?
Action; Park
It's not that bad. It sort of reminds me of Tagaytay, in the Phillipines, only with less trees.
[He smiles.]
There's no one stopping you.
Action; Park
I've never been. I can assume it's beautiful?
[She hovers close to him, not at all bothered by sweat or the affects of the sun.]
There isn't but soon you'll come to expect it. What would I do then?
Action; Park
[And he laughs.]
I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say you'd still kiss me.

action; library
I am.
[She doesn't mind the interruption. If she'd wanted to not be disturbed she wouldn't be reading in a library but in the safety of her apartment.]
I'm fortunate that this library has written work from many places.
action; library
[But it was still rather interesting to look through regardless.]

[Crystal raises an eyebrow, she hasn't read history on Genessia itself. She found the world dull and it's wars aren't recorded but then the nature of the small cities turns conflict into acts of terrorism more than war simply due to space.]
action; library
[She head it in hopes to find answers and only found more questions instead. It was strange.]
