[David starts the video feed up, and he’s very clearly outside. He looks like he’s at the park.]

I know we have a bunch of new comers to this place, so I’ll introduce myself. I’m David Haller, Guardian of Genessia City. I’ll have been here for..two years come this September. Feels like much longer than that, really.

I have the business Holodeck’d in both Genessia City and Nova City. It’s basically a training simulator and it gives you one of the closest experiences to combat other than the real thing. The door to my office is always open [He looks around briefly.] if I’m in it.

[Action; Genessia City Park]

[Well it seems like all of the cities are in the grip of a heat wave. Two weeks of this, it’d be hell. Could be far worse, though. David was doing his best to help people get a reprieve from the heat. In the park, he’s gathered many of the ice cream, shaved iced, and whatever other frozen treat vendors. He has them all giving out free stuff to everyone.

Well, not really free. David was footing the bill for their services. Didn’t seem like such a bad trade to make people happy. He has small cup of ice cream in his hand himself. Even with the heat, it felt pretty heat to be out. He honestly didn’t feel like he got out as much as he used to. ]

[Levy isn't sure if she'll ever get used to that. It's a little fun. The thrill dies away as she looks up at David, suddenly feeling very nervous.]

I wanted you to fix my eye... will it take long?

[She's seen some of David's powers, she's convinced he can do anything but she doesn't know what this entails.]

[David simply places a hand over her eye. He twist and bends reality itself, dissolving the fake eye and willing Levy's own body to regrow her original eye. It all happens a little fast. The feeling of having an actual eyeball there after having it gone for so long might even feel weird.

But he pulls his hand back face her face.]

It may take a few moments to adjust to the light, but you should have perfect vision in it.

[Levy closes her eyes feeling a strange sort of feeling come over her. She has no idea what shes expecting and she's a little nervous. It feels weird and she'll never be able to explain it. After a few seconds she blinks, allowing her eyes to adjust, and looks up at him, her hazel eyes shining.]

H-how does it look?

[She stares up at him, her eyes blinking as her vision adjusts. She can see again and it feels strange.]

[He brushes her hair back just a little bit and rests his hand on her cheek.]

It looks just as beautiful as your other eye.

[Levy feels her cheeks warm at the comforting touch of his hand.]

[She really means it and she doesn't think she'll ever find a way to repay him.]
