Who: Blake and anyone who wants to run into her
Where:Attelon Collisuem and walking to unknown inn/motel destination
What: Dealing with ptsd means taking off and fighting until you can't move anymore in a coliseum where you can't kill or be killed.
When: afternoon/evening
Warnings: n/a
Blake toweled the sweat off of her forehead and decided to call it a day. Now. Where was she staying tonight?
She had been spending most of her time in the coliseum. The Blake that had first arrived in Genessia would have done it to become stronger. To not be in a position where she was too weak to protect those she cared about ever again. After the incident where she almost impaled Koishi, it was more of a matter of making sure she could protect people from herself.
Maybe she hadn't been entirely honest with how that incident where she had been kidnapped had affected her. She was forced to realize that. And it was one thing to act tough and lie to everyone. At least that was harmless. But being so skittish that she might actually attack and maim someone that merely tried to hug her from behind was another matter entirely.
She still ventured out from time to time because she had to. To eat, or to drop books off in Fayren. This was good, because living on just a book hunter's salary didn't really afford one a whole lot of other luxuries. And she stayed in the cheaper places. She should probably try to pick up a bounty or two. If she was ready to test working with people again and she kept telling herself she would get around to it but it never happened. She had not, as Weiss had predicted, actually killed anybody. But her rages were still kind of terrible. She didn't know if/when that would ever subside. The nightmares were fewer now that she wasn't worried she was going to randomly snap on one of her comrades at least.
She had left a note at Remnant House basically apologizing but stating that she needed some time to sort herself out. Weiss already knew. She hoped the others weren't taking it too personally though she felt a pang of guilt when she thought of Yang. She stuffed it down when she remembered what she'd nearly done to Koi, however. She couldn't risk that just to spare some feelings.
So far no one had contacted her and she didn't blame them. Many of her friends were dealing with their own struggles. She didn't need to burden them.
She shouldered her book bag and distantly wondered what takeout item she was bringing back to the motel. Though she appreciated the normal, calm feel that Attelon had going for it, she enjoyed her solitude nowadays.
[Scenarios: Run into Blake walking home
Or wherever she's ordering food
Show up at her motel after tracking her down and demand where the hell she's been
Wanna fight her in the coliseum? I suck at writing fights, so some plotting would be involved, but go for it.]

[Action] Lets fight maybe?
She didn't usually say anything, but then again, she didn't usually see Blake at the arena. Remembering her manners this time she did not sneak up on the faunus and touch her ears, instead trying to get her attention more normally.
"Hey! Miss Shade! Heeeey!" A soft tap on the shoulder. "Can you see me?" It would work eventually. Hopefully before the next fight.
Re: [Action] Lets fight maybe?
"Koi?" she turned. Her expression was neutral. She didn't expect anyone to be able to track her down out here.

"Miss Shade! Hello! I've missed hanging out." Fortunately the unauthorized snuggles didn't last much longer, Koishi drifting back, third eye bobbing merrily.
"I saw the end of your last fight. You're amazing. I've never seen a human or human-like mortal creature move like that without stopping time."
no subject
"I've been practicing a lot," she continued.
That was an understatement.
"What have you been up to, Koishi?"
no subject
Wow she was excitable today.
"Miss Shade! Do you want to duel with me after you've had a rest? I don't get to fight without holding back and it would be a lot of fun to try and I bet fighting you would be really really challenging. I promise I wont fight with my mind either. That way it's fair or else I could just hit your mind and there's nothing really you can do about it. So none of that!"

She wasn't going to say she was one hundred percent okay with someone poking around in her head, but she wasn't as easy to scare either nowadays. Not much frightened her after what happened which she supposed was the only good thing, if you could call it that, to come out of it all.

"If you insist though I'll still use my kinetic psychic abilities and magic. I think the fight might be a little unfair though if I do, but you can't die so I don't feel too bad I suppose." She brightened further. "Ge some rest and drink some water first though, okay? Maybe some tea with honey and a pinch of salt. That should give you your strength back."
The artery over her shoulder twisted around again into a more-defined heart. "I'll follow you around so you don't have to find me again. So just tel me when you're ready, okay?"

I'm Deputy Guardian here now, so I kinda take notice when someone I know spends all day fighting in the Coliseum. What's bothering ya?

She looked away.]
It's just training. [She was kind of ashamed to admit what had happened with Koi. She also wasn't sure if he would lecture her or not isolating herself again. Though it did seem to be a trend she was good at.]
Congratulations on the new position. [Attelon was likely to stay peaceful with him around.]
no subject
Trust me, I appreciate the idea of training through experience, but, this isn't like you. You've never set foot in there before now, and all of a sudden you're fighting at every opportunity you get.
Something happened. I won't push or anything like that, just... remember, my door's always open.
no subject
[She'd nearly said: it's okay for me to lose control here. It was okay, though. Worst case scenario, she killed someone and they didn't stay dead for days on end or lose their memories and the people who set foot in here did so knowing it could happen.
Yeah. Something had happened. She wondered if he had seen that broadcast. Seen her like that. She felt her skin crawl at the idea.]
Thanks.

[The touch was light and brief. He steps ahead, motioning to her.]
C'mon, I'll walk you back to your place.

It might put Dante at ease to walk with her, so she wasn't going to disagree. However, her stomach growled.]
I was going to grab something to eat before going back, actually.
(no subject)
i want all the fish/Dante what have you done?
If only there were a gateway to Beach City, Dante would take her to Fish Stew Pizza

Action
It's as she's making her way up the steps that the announcer (ooc: I'm assuming the colloseum would have one.) would make his booming proclamation for the next fighter.]
And up next, we've got a woman who knows no fear! She's beautiful! She's powerful!....[Whimper]she made me call her sir.
I present to you, Yang Xiao Long!
Re: Action
[Blake stopped and stared. He jaw might have even dropped a little. She knew Yang might look for her, even if she had asked them all just to give her some time, but in hindsight, she should have expected something like this.
It's didn't make her any less annoyed.
She regained her composure and glared at her partner.]
Yang, what are you doing?!
[Probably not her warmest greeting, but it was out before she could stop herself. Here she was, trying not to go near them until she was sure it was safe and so Yang decides to go out and find her. Not that Yang won't come back right away even if something does happen, but that's not something that makes her feel better.]
Re: Action
That's my question. What are you doing?! Do you not trust your team? Do you not trust me?!
[Not like she expects them to settle it with words, as the blonde slowly shifts into a fighting stance, clenching her metal right fist tightly. It's pretty clear she intends to beat some sense into you, or perhaps help you with learning to control yourself.
Or maybe relieve some of her own frustrations considering she slammed her foot on the ground hard enough to leave a small crater.]
Re: Action
[Did they really all think that? Why did everyone assume that her shortcomings were their fault?]
This is on me. It's because I...[It was hard to admit what had happened with Koishi and she kind of stalled, feeling ashamed at herself.]
Yang being red eyed and making holes in the ground was probably deserved, but not for the reasons the blonde thought.]
It's me I don't trust.
Re: Action
Or what about me? Do you think it's so bad that you can't rely on me? Am I worth that little to you?
[Was Yang to be considered weaker because she had only just got a new arm? The thought hurt that when it came down to it she wasn't considered able to help.]
Re: Action
[The faunus frowned, looking conflicted.] I didn't...of course I never thought that.

[Action]
Oh, hello. I didn't expect to see anyone else here.
[Other than the usual random schmucks, anyway.]
...We've spoken before, haven't we?
Re: [Action]
I think so. Over the network, right?
[Action]
[She studies the other woman as well.]
You've been here for a while, haven't you? You look exhausted.
Re: [Action]
She needed to be exhausted. It would keep her from overthinking.]
Well, it is the kind of place that you can fight your hardest in. Did you come here to train or do you just like this kind of thing?
[Action]
I came here to train...but what "kind of thing" do you mean?
[Although no amount of training could have changed what happened, nor would it stop Battler from acting again if he chose. But Karla can't stop training either. She's still focused on the same goal that brought her to take up the sword in the first place, and it's the one thing that continues to drive her, no matter what happens along the way.]
Re: [Action]
[Blake would also agree that is won't change anything. But it makes her feel better to do something. Anything that might mean it won't happen again in the future.]
