Monsters that were created? Never heard of magic doing that before. Was it all the same guy, or do magicians on your world have nothing better to make?

Only a few magicians. Think of it like the summons you would find in your typical role-playing game. They were used primarily to either defend someplace crucial or in battle. It gets especially annoying when you're fighting someone who can create endless waves of them.

What a waste.

[If she had her way, she'd summon hot guys. That's a much better use of summoning powers!]

So if you want to take out the monsters, you have to knock out the summoner, right?

Unfortunately, no. I wish it was that convenient.

I can only speak from my own experience. My knowledge on the occult is limited at best so I don't know why that happens.

It's in the pamphlet. You can open up a gate that mimics your home world to a limited extent, but you have to give up something personal, like a knick-knack or a memory.

There are a few reasons. For starters, I'm an Esper. Magic tends to have very detrimental effects when invoked by an Esper. At worse, the magic backfires and all my organs explode.

Sorry. I shouldn't have said that. Don't worry, nothing like that will happen to me. I'm positive my ability would prevent the magic from being casted anyway.

My right hand has the ability to negate the supernatural. Whether it's a calculated result crafted by a magician or a miracle brought to life by science, this power can surely destroy it.

I have to wonder what's supernatural and what isn't, though. We've all got auras where we come from that enhances us in some way. I'm strong, and my little sister's fast.
