I've been called such in the past though there are a number of differences.

Vampires are soul-less undead weak against holy symbols, running water, and wood thrust through the heart. I'm far older and less fragile. You'd have to do a lot more damage than you'd imagine to kill me. Sunlight wouldn't kill me even if it was a weakness, just cause acid-burns for several decades. But because I've never endured it I don't know if that would happen or not.
