5th Castle: Advice [ANON TEXT]
[Nora has a lot of stuff on her mind, and while she'd love to talk to someone about all of it, there's no one around. Either they're dealing with their own stuff, or she just doesn't know them well enough to just talk about her more personal problems.]
what do you do when you want to talk about something but no one's really around to talk to?
[Keeping the question anonymous because she doesn't want any of her friends to think she doesn't trust them. Which is kind of the case, but she doesn't want to make it a big deal.]

Opening up to people is hard. I've heard that making new friend is a good thing to do so you have more people to talk to.
[Anon Text]
[But how would Blake feel about her keeping a cat? Hmm...]
the whole making new friends part isn't that easy...
[Anon Text]
IKR? Some people make it sound like all you have to do is say hi to someone and then they are your friend! I think it is harder than that. But...I think I might have started to make friends here, totally by mistake!

Mm, well, you can be patient and wait for them, or be impatient and seek them out. I like the latter, myself, even if it's a bit less graceful.
I don't think I'll do that second part. Maybe more of the first.
Re: [Video]
[Beats him; he prefers to be surprising if he can.]
They do say good things come to those who wait; patience is a virtue, and all that. May whomever you wait for be so providentially accomodating.
[He means well but it's clear he's nudging the anon towards the second. Live a life of action!]

Hmm. Well, sometimes Ibuki talks about it to herself? Though that doesn't really do much if I need advice so...then I talk to people I don't know. I figure, if they're a stranger anyway, what they think of me afterwards doesn't matter, right?
[Then again, Ibuki doesn't exactly find it hard to talk to people anyway.]
voice
It's not really what they'll think of me, but who they know, and plus I wouldn't talk about personal stuff to strangers.

[A rare instance of wise!Ibuki coming out here.]
Or is it that you might make them think badly of someone? But...if someone did something to deserve that, that's not really your fault.

but thats probably not even remotely health
you could find a totally neutral party to unload on
like not a friend friend just
someone willing to listen
who can then become a friend friend

Where I'm from, it's tradition to talk to an Echo Flower, they always listen and remember. Though that also can be a problem, since then anyone can come by and hear what they repeat.

Re: [Anon Text]
...I knew there was a catch, there aren't. I might not be an Echo Flower, but I can listen AND keep secrets.

But keep trying to find someone, too.
[anon text]
The search is still going on. It might be a while, though.
[anon text]
The wait can be hard but when you find a good person in the end it's worth it.

Really much better listeners than most people I've across.

But why a mirror?

Maybe a neutral uninvolved person, or someone unlikely to talk about whatever you tell them?
Someone who's generally quiet?
Text anon
I knew a person who was quiet. He's not here, though. No one is a quiet as him.

But I admit that I find myself talking to one of my pets sometimes.
