[There is a confused redhead staring at the hologram trying to figure out exactly what had happened to him after the tower of Rem. He was currently leaning towards he must have died and this was apparently heaven or hell.]

Damnit...I guess I didn't survive that one....

[He rummages through his pocket to find the communication device that he woke up with and flips it around before figuring out how to turn it on]

[He was mellowing out at the Fayren Inn, in the lobby. He's doing pretty well as a bounty hunter, and recently got paid though only for little jobs. So it's isn't much, but it would do.

He left his device on, for any news for new bounties, but when the image of Luke's appeared, he wondered how many people from his world might show up...and he hope Luke isn't one of them.

Oh well, going to flow! Jade's face appeared on the feed.]

Luke, is that you? Have you just arrived?

[He nearly jumped not having expected a voice he recognized as he stared at Jades face in the screen]

Yeah...where am I?

I presumed you arrived. Are you at the place called the Bay? Well, stay where you are. I'll be coming to get you and then I'll explain everything.

For now, the box you have, that contains money called red bills and a pendant? Keep those. You'll need them.

[He nods still looking a bit exhausted]

Okay. Is anyone else here?

[Jade saw he looks tired and exhausted. For today, he's not going to be a stingy bastard, and rent a horse from the inn's stables just to get to him faster.]

No, just me, and last week, the God General girl, Arietta in this world called Genessia. Somehow, we ended up here on this planet. I'm investigating as to how we ended up here, but so far, no success.

For now, we are trapped here for a temporary amount of time. Don't ask me how long. I don't have the answer to that.

[He listens as he leans back against the stand. That was all they needed was one of the God Generals... they'd already had enough problems with them.]

Did this happen because of the tower of Rem?

[Had he caused a disaster again?]

No, it has nothing to do with what happened at the Tower of Rem. I come from 2 years from where you are now.

[He sees no harm in telling him what the future holds.]

And there are other people and magical beings who came here from different worlds with a different mode of entry here. So, no.

[Jade is riding on a horse now. He should be arriving in about 45 minutes depending on traffic.]

Oh cheer up Luke! I was here for the last two weeks. I considered it a vacation away from home until we figure things out.

[Sorry he didn't hear anything else except the fact that you were from two years from where he was]

Wait how are you from the future?

You came from the Tower of Rem, correct? Where you pulled a Hyperresonance to absorb the miasma? That happened to me in my time two years ago.

[Sighing.]

Also, this planet pulls people from different timelines be it, past, present, or future.

[The video shows him standing up a bit to fast and wobbling backwards before planting himself right back into a seated position]

Honestly...I thought I had died and this was where I ended up.

I'm happy to report that you didn't die. You lived. However, you just used too much of your power to the point that your fonons started to seperate and disintegrate. Your body will simply vanish into light upon death.

If you used too much spells that require the fons, you could potentially die.

[The sound of the horse and it's hooves clopping on the ground can be heard in the video.]

You should sit down and rest. You used to too much energy. I'm coming to get you.

[Well knowing he didn't die was a good thing but the whole vanishing was a bit unsettling.]

Will that happen here?

[After all the incident at the Tower of Rem had just happened and he could definitely feel the drain of power on his body]

I'm not sure. That requires me to stay with you and observe the fonons within you during our stay and time on this world. I was a doctor once, so yes, your health is a major concern.

[He clicked his tongue and nudge the horse to trot faster, as he is now in the city. Within half an hour, he arrived at the Bay and found Luke.]

There you are. Are you all right?

[He looked up as he heard the horse coming and gave a small nod. He hadn't quite fallen asleep waiting but he had come close]

I guess as all right as I can be....given the circumstances.

[Getting off his horse, he approached Luke and apprehended him. Hmm, so far he looks okay and holding himself together. He just look tired.]

Would you like anything to eat or drink before I take you to the inn?

[He didn't fight Jade as he was looked over. He trusted him but his head was still a bit woozy]

Something to drink would help.

How about coffee? That would help wake your energy up.

[There's a convenience store nearby, which Jade learn how to use it.]

Stay here.

[Jade disappeared into the store...and came out later with a bottle of milked coffee. He twisted the cap open and hands it to him.]

Drink from that.

[Caffeine would definitely help as he waited and happily took the bottle once offered it]

[He downed half of it before having to take a breath and sighed. At least his throat wasn't dry anymore]

So what happens in two years? Is our world better?

[He hoped it was at least still there. Considering Jade was from then at least he didn't think it had fallen apart]

Yes, it's better and we achieved world peace. The politics is a little off balanced, but there's room for improvement and progress.

[Jade is telling the truth. He isn't sarcastic.]

Don't worry about it. Just worry about your health. I'll make it my job to protect you until all of us go home.

[That was at least comforting to know, even if he didn't know the full sacrifices it took to get to that point.]

I'm glad to hear it, and don't worry about me to much. I can defend myself if needed.

[He wasn't a child...okay yes he was considering he was a replica but he did know his way around a sword.]

[Technically, not a child, but children will grow up. Until then, you don't have to grow up too fast.

Jade know fully well of the sacrifices Luke makes. He himself did sacrifices as well. Perhaps, Jade from the future has well-learned from his mistakes. He is a mean old softie now.]

Okay, do you feel better? Let's get you on this horse, the inn has something for all of us to eat, and then you'll sleep in.

[He's going to help Luke get up on that horse by picking him and lifting him up on it.]

A little better.

[Food sounded good but there was a good bit of protest as he was picked up and plopped on the horse..]

You know Natalia is the princess..not me.

[Yes that is a grumped pout]

Oh, I'm sorry~. ♪ Clearly this horse is too tall. I picked the wrong horse. If I have been more considerate, I would have picked out a cute pony just for you.

I'm just trying to be a good doctor, as I am being gentle on your delicate health.

[And that's Jade classic sarcasm. Anyway, once Luke is secure, Jade took one of the reigns to lead the horse, as the colonel has chosen to walk on foot to lead the way.]

Hold the reign, so you wouldn't fall off, all right?

[Though he does take the reigns as the whole balance thing was still eluding him a bit]

[Must be a good view, but at least the horse is steady. Jade hold the reign steady as he travelled with Luke in tow across the city until they reached the Fayren Archway gate.]

Except Natalia isn't here. It just me. Well, hang tight. This is the gate to Fayren city.

[They cross over easily to the other side, and they are greeted by a rustic medieval type land that is familiar like the cities and towns back in their homeworld.]

If you've stood still, you're in The Bay, in Genessia City, In Genessia proper.

If you are dead, it's a very queer kind of death where you still do all you did while alive. The consensus is largely 'no' on that point.

That would depend on how you were searching for. There are plenty of people here in general, but I am not certain if the same can be said of people you know.

[He stares at the other red heard briefly before responding]

Ah, I'm not really sure...Honestly I don't know if I'm alive or not at the moment.

[ She gives him a soft expression, trying to reassure him. With all of the people who take arriving to a strange new place relatively well... It's been a long time since she's seen someone who hasn't. She still remembers what she was like on arrival though. The boy cannot be any older than she is either, and even if he was a working man -- which it didn't appear that he was, if his clothes were any indicator, but she didn't know for sure -- it was still probably very disorienting at the least. ]

I suppose it is difficult to take in all at once, and I was lost and confused at first too. I think what you should focus on is trying to find a safe place to stay the night, and try to get more information once you have.

If you are asking if anyone you know is out there, then I would have no way of actually knowing that. But for people in general, there are a lot.
