I cannot say I did expect such a trip this evening, but then I cannot say the sight is too terribly unwelcome, at least for the moment.

What strange world have I awoken in, I cannot say for sure, I've never been in such an odd city in all my years, but to say that is such a novelty, I cannot find enough ire to protest it.

Indeed with this, I have no idea what this device does or is, but as I can see it repeating my words and face at me, I find no immediate issue with it. I have, however, noticed that there are but yet more of you speaking through this odd device.

Please do feel free to enlighten me as to how this works.

[He fidgeted. Getting compliments was kind of weird, he didn't really know what to say in response to them. He didn't want to contradict someone, and at the same time bragging went against his very nature.

Tell me of this Fayren. It sounds very familiar to a place that I know of from home.

I-It has a big, b... beautiful forest. There's lots of p-potions and magic, and people are really nice. N-No cars. There's horses. Th-The town is really pretty, and not so crowded, and... and it's calm and peaceful.

Ah... that does sound beautiful. Like home, in fact. I fear I do not know what a car is, sadly.

But horses, I am aware of.

[Oh man, explaining wasn't his strong point. He knew what they were, but like heck he could explain how they worked or anything.]

Th-They... They're like carriages, but, they move w-without horses. And they can go r-really fast.

F-Fayren is peaceful. You should be safe h... here. But, in Everglade, th-they eat people. So be careful there.

They sound like magic to me, Dear Bracken.

And what if one does not immediately wish for safety?

[He paused to think. With a keen sense of self-preservation, it was hard to imagine why anyone would want to be in danger.]
