[Chiaki was very carefully adjust her outfit. Sure it wasn't fully correct quite yet, but she was slowly working on it She thought it would be fun to do something like this while exploring. Make it feel like a real adventure. Though as she turned around looking in the mirror at the back, she wondered if the others would actually go for it. She didn't mind if it was just her since they didn't seem to recall anything from school, but that made her more determined to make memories, new memories for them. It hadn't been long after that and attempting to cook something before she was holding the device firmly in her hands, there was still something she needed to do before she actually told the others, so she switched on, a sweet smile on her face.]

I was planning a fun little trip to Fayren for me a couple of my friends. But the more I looked the more I was uncertain, so... I wanted to ask people who have been here longer what are the most interesting places in Fayren to go to?

[She bows her head slightly as a way of saying thanks before pausing for a moment. She figured she should say something about something that had happened before.]

Um... Also... If someone were to get burnt due to not realizing thier hand was on something hot... Do they just run it under water or go to the hospital?

[Chiaki was planning on going to the hospital, her hand was red and raw and yet she couldn't even feel how bad it was. It was strange to not feel something like that. Fire was hot. Fire would normally hurt someone, but this time... She didn't. It was worrying, but she was walking through the streets of Genessia, her hand kept close to herself as she tried to figure out the way to the hospital.

[With her hand sorted and bandaged she was planning on continuing what she was doing. She wasn't going to let it get to her. So first stop was messaging Komaeda first. At least with Ibuki she knew where she lived.]

I hope you are still okay with coming to Fayren? I've been making the plans and should be finished by the end of the week, if not sooner if you want to do it sooner.

[She just needed to just do a couple more things, but she thought she would ask something else.]

Ah, I should ask if you are okay? [With her lack of feeling in her hands, she was worried that something was going on. Because seriously, how does one not feel when there hand is on a stove of all things.]

[She didn't know where one friend lived, but she knew full well where the other was. So making her way she was just going to drop on in and check on her, talk to her and perhaps get a question answered if possible. Pulling up her video game hoodie styled after a giant yellow thing that eats dots she had gone to the door, lightly knocking in the hopes the other was in.]

I got here a week ago. So settling shouldn't really take much longer. Just got to find an apartment.

I noticed I burnt myself, but I didn't feel when it happened. So I asked because I was curious if it was just me, which I guess it is.

No, which was odd. One would normally feel pain from it, but I didn't.

I went to the hospital, which is why it's in a bandage now.

[Even they were baffled as to why she couldn't feel anything. Although it made it easier to wash and dress it without it stinging a lot.]

Going to the hospital may be necessary depending on how bad the burn is. If it was on something hot for more than a moment, it could possibly be bad enough that a hospital visit is necessary.

[She smiled slightly if only for a moment. To a normal person it might be hurting but she really didn't feel anything.]

Is something like this normal? I mean normally I would have probably noticed... But I didn't.

[It takes longer for Ibuki to answer than she normally would and it's more luck than judgement that she notices when she does that the security monitors are showing a familiar face.

She opens the door with all the enthusiasm she normally shows; the only indication she's giving that anything's off - outside of needing more than three seconds to get to the door - is that she's even louder than usual and doesn't appear to have noticed.]

[Wait. Wait. What are those bandages? Ibuki has to grip Chiaki's arms for a closer look.]

[Chiaki did find it odd it took a while to answer, even more strange that she was.... ten times louder than a normal person to the point Chiaki kind of wanted to try and tell her to lower her voice.]

[In case there weren't enough indicators that something's off, Ibuki seems very focused on Chiaki's mouth while she talks, brows furrowed in concentration that wouldn't normally be needed except, well.]

A...aha. This is kind of embarrassing to admit but Ibuki thinks her ears are broken. But Ibuki will still do her best to take care of you, don't you worry!

[Which includes ushering her further into the house for the time being because it hasn't twigged that Chiaki might want to go somewhere.]

[She was starting to notice something was off. More so when she actually stated as such. She wondered if that mean she wasn't sure what she was saying. So looking around she was trying to find a way to be able to communicate easily. So instead she simply went to find a pen and paper and started to write.]

Fayren, eh? The town itself is charming and quaint. The wilderness beyond is also lush and green and lovely. There's The Maw, of course; a rocky and winding place full of mischievous goblins. It certainly qualifies as "interesting", though "safe", not so much.

Oh, well the land itself is subterranean and labyrinthine. Even if there wasn't a single soul, you'd have a time of navigation. One false move and you might find yourself falling headlong into hell, or at least the earthly variety. The goblins themselves are clannish and mean as anything; goodness knows how so many diverse tribes have kept from utterly destroying each other.
