Alright, time to get this out in the open right quick:
There be two men wearin' a clerical collar here, and one obscenely loud tangle of hair and poor costuming.
If ye need religious information, ye ask a priest.
Not a five year old whingin' baby wearin' a loud tee-shirt.
Tis enough poor things to be said about organized religion without some flap mouthed, pea brained, megaphone with legs ruinin' it more.
Now with that aside-
I'm lookin' for employees for the shop. Enchanters, scribes, and a few odd cashiers lookin' to expand their magical know how. I'm more than willin' to accept apprentices, there's plenty of room for advancement.
Mind it'll be like goin' to school for several of ye, I'm gonna need dedication to sittin', readin' writin' and memorization.
If any of ye be interested, I'm the owner of the Cloak and Dagger in Everglade, Cassian Lynch.
I live in the shop, won't be hard to find me.

Re: [Video]
I'm nice to ye because I like ye, Bracken.
I-I like you lots, too!
[Immediately after what Cassian said he was caught up in that thought, but he didn't completely overlook the other implications when he had a little time to consider it. He settled down, wondering if he was completely wrong in his thought process, before speaking up curiously.]
Do... Do you not like other people?
[There was a strangeness to the question for him. As far as he'd known, Cassian had always seemed very nice, and he didn't know why he wouldn't like people. At the same time, he was far more curious, perhaps a little confused, than judgmental. He wanted to understand more than he wanted to berate.]
Re: [Video]
[The priest wasn't well known for being pleasant, to be honest. It was just since opening a shop that he started to at least attempt to be friendlier on a more regular basis.
Then again, he was supposed to try to convince people to buy from him, not scare them off.]
B-But, if you're nice, people are, they're...
[Mid-sentence his expression began to falter as he remembered times where what he was saying didn't necessarily ring true. But he continued the thought anyway, knitting his brows.]
They're usually nice back.
Re: [Video]
Tis why it's best to prepare yourself for the worst in everyone.
It was a little weird for him to be the one asking, but he was concerned.]
D-Did... Did someone pick on you?
Re: [Video]
No.
[Well, he thought he understood, but now he wasn't so sure.]
I... I'm not s-sure I get it... Wh-Why are you worried about people b-being mean, then?
[His mind wandered, and he thought for a moment maybe Cassian had something that made him self-conscious, the way Bracken had his stuttering and other things. But, he hadn't noticed anything of that sort. Unless... He did talk different than a lot of other people, too. Maybe he was also worried about people teasing him about that.
Oh, but how could he say that? He didn't want to point it out if Cassian didn't like it...]
Re: [Video]
Tis the way the world works, Bracken. Some people are terrible people for no reason other than they're terrible.
They'll say and do terrible things without bein' prompted.
There really only seemed like one thing he himself could offer.]
I... I won't ever be m-mean to you.
[Maybe it wasn't much, but it was the only thing he could promise.]
Re: [Video]
[Well what, cranky pants]
... Thank ye, Bracken.
... That means a lot.
A-And, I'll try to help if anyone is r-really mean to you.
Re: [Video]
[He's very good at shutting things down.]
[It was genuinely nice to hear. He certainly didn't want to hear the opposite. Maybe he didn't fully understand Cassians reservations about bonding with people, but he at least felt comfortable that no one was actively doing anything to him.
That settled, his worries calmed down a bit.]
Did... Did you find anyone to h-help at your shop?
Re: [Video]

O-Oh... And Katze has been f-feeling better, so thanks for helping.
