[This place might look familiar to a few people here. It's clearly Abel's place. It's just... being filmed at a very low height.
Why that is becomes obvious in a moment, there's 6, carrying a pot of red ink and peering at the camera every now and again. It seems he must have kicked it over in his exploration of the room he was in, and he reaches out with a multicolored, ink spattered hand to poke a little at the screen]
He.... Hello.
Hello again.
You are... awake? Oh.
... Shhhh.
[And that is the communicator being covered with a wash cloth]
Go to sleep.

His store does have a basement, which serves as a spare bedroom, so that is where Abel left 6 to his lonesome, leaving the lights on while he works upstairs.
When Abel check his phone to see what 6 is up to.]
Um, are you comfortable down there?
no subject
[He was fine. He found a nice little hole in the wall where he could settle in and draw to his hearts content, so Abel didn't have to worry about any strange pictures being spotted out in the open for a while]
It woke up.
no subject
Um, I turned on the t.v down there, so you can watch cartoons too. Gonna be a bit busy up here, as it's lunch hour.
[Nicest and bestest guardian ever, as he's busy making lunches for customers. Later in the mid-afternoon, his assistant chef takes over, so Abel can come downstairs for his lunch break and check what 6 is up to.
He sat on the sofa to eat his lunch, which includes his sandwhich, bags of popcorn and potato ships, and a bottle of Dr.Pepper.]
What kind of pictures you're drawing?
no subject
[6 wasn't that interested in the television. It didn't seem like he actually could understand what he was looking at anyway. Maybe he was like a cat! TVs look like nonsense.
In any case, when Abel arrives down there, 6 pops his head from the wall]
... Angels.
no subject
[At this point, Abel eats slowly. Very, very slowly. What kind of strange power 6 has?]
What kind of angels?
no subject
no subject
[Shaking his head. He sighed. Not this again...]
She's gone a very long time ago. I gotten over it.
[Sorta...]
no subject
[He said it quite pointedly, like it was a still running fact, not some past tense occurrence]
no subject
[...siiiigh. Abel eats very slowly. For some reason, his appetite increases. So after the sandwhich, the junk food, the Dr.Pepper, you know what's the perfect remedy and response to that?
Abel brought out cake from the mini fridge. Or peanut butter creamed filled chocolate yodels to be precise. They hella delicious.]
You can see the past. Can you see the future as well?
no subject
[Maybe?]
Not the same side. You're gone. Bury the Ax.
It's gone.
no subject
[...thankfully, Abel took the time to use the dream docks a while back, so he already knows of a possible future. But part of him think he has been dead. For now, he thought the dreams are visions of a future he could have, if theoretically if he is still alive back home...still in stasis.]
Hm. Shh. Remember. Secrets.
no subject
[He absently taps a quill finger against his mouth]
Get the head.
no subject
[Cause shit...not the head. Abel felt an uncomfortable itch of his scar that rings neatly around his neck. Time to switch to a more pleasant subject.]
Why not draw or think something in the present?
no subject
[But he'll try. He drags out some yet to be drawn upon papers, scattering them here and there across the floor before flopping down and looking up at Abel]
The present?
[A blank look, and he started to draw. Well okay then]
no subject
[Abel watched, seeing what else 6 is up to, while he's down on them yodels.
...still hungry. He's going get another 3 pack yodels to eat.]
Yes, present. Like people in this world, perhaps?
no subject
[He can do that. But you won't like it.
A figure is starting to appear in the pictures, thin, pitch black with massive, white eyes. This thing sports teeth, a lot of teeth, jagged, wolf like canines, appearing on the fringes of pictures of forests and grave yards]
Here? Okay.
no subject
[So far, Abel observed 6 only drew people close to him or things about him. He took the picture to observed the details. It feels...strangely familiar, and yet not at the same time.
But that picture...isn't relatable to his present or people he knows.]
Who is this?
no subject
[He moves on, splashing liberal amounts of red across the paper]
He wears... a... a mask. He has to eat to live. To live.
Life fe...feeds on... life.
no subject
[Well, not Ted or Anastasia, that's for sure. That narrows down to Allen, but he's an exorcist.
So who is it?]
Umm...is this someone I know?
no subject
[He wouldn't see him without Abel present after all]
Black Dog.
Big Black Dog.
no subject
[He's wears a mask.
Abel pondered who. Who could it be? He did solve some riddles correctly in the newspaper, so he should be able to figure it out...
Oh. Could it be...? Well. It comes to no surprise, as Abel finds the irony that another fellow priest hides a terrible secret too.]
Do you think he is in any danger?
no subject
[More red, the clear visible outline of a body sprawled in the snow]
no subject
[Okay, this is getting different levels of disturbing.
It's slowly clicks into place. Present.
The question is, is this happening now? Recently? In the near future?
He's not going to interrupt 6. He waits for him to finish drawing out his visions.]
no subject
He's a king. Has to live. Wears a mask.
Always dying never dead.
no subject
[Connecting the dots, Abel might have to check the graveyards of Everglade the next time he visit. Perhaps, this has been going on for a while. And the fact that Cassian never brought it up, means it was his secret.
For now, he finished his lunch and washed his hands. He has to go back to work.
With a sigh.]
I'm going to have to keep this a secret as well, do I? A secret for two.
[Abel walk upstairs.]
Going back to work, so I shall you in a few hours.
no subject
[Two thousand years worth of it.
6 doesn't look up, continuing to draw on the paper and hum softly]
Don't tell him.
Keep the secret.
no subject
I heard that.
[After work, after he closed down shop, he climbed back downstairs to get 6.
It nags him though. Did he really do it? He puts 6 in his pocket and heads out to the gate to Everglade city. Part of him don't really believe it, but he wants to check if it's true.
So Abel went around Everglade to check the graveyards, any graveyards or near the forest fringes area.]
no subject
And honestly? All would seem fine, nothing new or different in the town at all, nothing seemed out of place-
Until a graveyard was found well, well away from town. A place no one should really be wandering, where the corpse was eventually stumbled upon, only dead for perhaps a few hours.
Ribs cracked open, hands resting peacefully over the chest, it would be laid out like any good wake, the body fully ready for internment in the soil. It would almost be peaceful if not for the gaping hole ripped in the chest]
Life feeds on life.
no subject
[He found the body and inspects curiously for a closer look. There's a hole in the chest, with the heart missing. The corpse matched in the pictures that 6 drew. Abel shook his head in dissapproval at the sight. So, it's true.
The question is, should he confront him about it? Or be his brother's keeper?
He choose the lattar and slowly back from the corpse...and then make his exit out of the graveyard fast.]
For his sake, let's pretend I don't see anything here. After all, he's sick and he should be taking a rest.
no subject
[6 didn't really seem to be listening, his mind was elsewhere. He expected to see it, sure, but it didn't stop the image from being repeated over and over again]
Never full.
no subject
[Great, 6 looks like he is in another different zone of his own. Abel decided to take 6 home to his apartment to rest for the night, thinking he won't be seeing Cassian the same way again the next time. Dismiss what he found for today.
Bracken will think all priests are nice, but for some reason, in this town, the only reason they wear the priest clothes? To hide the monster within.
Still, the rational part of him is that he still thinks Cassian as friend and quite frankly? That view isn't going to change. Just pretend everything is normal. That's for the best.
And well, even if Cassian is a murderer, so was he. What he's going to do? Call the police? Nah. Fuck the police.
"I am my brother's keeper." Abel went home and go to sleep, because quite frankly. He doesn't what to do or what he's dealing with.]
no subject
He could perhaps see things later, but for now, his mind was a bit stuck on the scene they were leaving behind them now. Nothing he could do for it. That body and whoever that was before was now all in the past.
The doll doesn't need to sleep, so the moment Abel finally sets him back on the ground, he'll just vanish into the wall again]
But I don't wanna go to sleep!
Re: [Video]
[He's still not entirely sure how these communicators work, so he's still pretty sure it's the communicator that's arguing with him]
Go back to sleep! I did not wake you. It was... was not me! Go!

[Video] 2/2
Re: [Video]
P... please. Sh... Shhhh please.
[6 gently picks up the corner of the wash cloth and sticks his head under, peering at the communicator to see if there was a button he could use to make it go back to sleep.
Goddamnit, he hates technology]
...You're an interesting looking fella.
Re: [Video]
He still doesn't quite understand how these things work]
In... teresting. Yes. Yes. Um...
[... boop. He just poked the screen with a fingertip. Just... just to make sure there's no tiny people in there. He still doesn't believe that isn't how it works.
Who?
[Koumyou pointed at himself.]
Priest Koumyou Sanzo. Who're you?
Re: [Video]
Koum... kooo... san...
...
That is very long.
Re: [Video]
Sanzo.
Sanzo.
Yes. It... it is good.
Thank you.
