Voice | Action for Genessia City
[So believe it or not it actually did take him a moment to realize that this wasn't Hell. Because there really were certain parts of Hell that were this fucking cold, if not infinitely colder, and it took using at least two other senses to figure out that it smelled far too nice to be the ninth circle, and was far, far too quiet.
One wouldn't think a half frozen damned soul could scream so loud for so long but here we were.
With that out of the way, that just meant figuring out where he was, how he got here, who put him here and why, how to get back, how the hell he was going to get around without Midge to guide him, and who he was going to quietly but painfully murder later when he was all finished being upset about this.
Or murder mid being upset about this.
... There was going to be murder, he decided, at some point. A lot of murder.
Murder however was going to have to wait as the freezing cold demon stumbled his way out of the cave, wrapping himself in a coat (that he never thought he needed but it was excellent he'd thought of it), and clumsily fumbling with the device that he at least knew he'd woken up with. Considering it had been jammed into his hand and all.
It took a few tries, and he had to listen carefully to ensure that it was actually recording voice, before he actually started talking. He'd shoot himself before it looked like he didn't know how to use one of these.]
Good morning, ladies and gentlemen.
[Smooth and sweet, if a touch quavery due to being frozen right down to his skeleton.]
It's really not a morning to be out and about, I guess.
I'm afraid I've gotten... turned around.
[ANNOYED]
And I'm... not in any fit state to wander unaided. I hate to bother any of you right now, but if it is at all possible for someone to help me? Please try to understand my annoyance if you send a map or read me instructions... I won't be able to see it.
I'm ninety five percent certain I just left an ocean adjacent cave, if anyone knows where that is.

Re: [Video]
That's very tempting, and I'm very flattered you'd be so quick to add me, but I usually use my reading time to enjoy solitude.

[Not that he was offended or anything, but now he felt weird for asking. Of course most people read alone.]
There's a few bookshops, but I don't know if th-they have anything in braille.
Re: [Video]
[He missed Midge. He couldn't really tolerate anyone else reading to him anymore. It felt too patronizing]

Oh... And the library is in G-Genessia.
I... I don't know much about the o-other two cities.
Is it hard to write things into Braille?
Re: [Video]
At least there's a library, right?
It's very difficult. It's a bit like learning an entirely different language, decoding raised points into words and sentences.
Plus you have to have a machine in order to just write the words, your average human hand can't do it.

[Wasn't like he could help make audio books, either.]
I-I've never seen those kind of books, but I've n-never asked, either. I bet there's lots of audio b-books, though.
Re: [Video]
I'm sure there's plenty of those though, yes. They've really caught on over the years after all, what with the technology boom.

Re: [Video]
I'm counting on you, Bracken, I can't wait to see what you find.

I'll do my best.
