My goodness, such language.. Were you raised in a barn?

[Kodachi, with a hand to her cheek, shakes her head and seems amused. But then the gymnast is faced with a pinecone.. thing.

In a normal circumstance she'd laugh, but instead she looks aggravated, mistaking her new opponent for a grass-type. That means absorb is out of the question.

Turtwig, on the other hand, chitters in amusement.]

[The Pineco drifts toward the chittering Turtwig. And peers at it. Then it suddenly opens a GIANT MOUTH FILLED WITH SHARP TEETH.]

[Kodachi looks a bit disgruntled as she sets her hands on her hips. She's about to say something but instead out utters.]

.. Bug bite?

[Blink blink. Then her eyes go comically wide at the abrupt appearance of teeth. LOTS OF TEETH. If that weren't enough it's Turtwig that ends up shrieking in surprise as it's chomped! Thrown into shock, it is, the poor pokemon stumbles around, then flops over onto it's back.]

[Kodachi is stunned into silence for a moment, then slouches forward as she raises both pokeballs to return both her pokemon. Perhaps she should have done that earlier with Bronzor but this match.. It was filled with far too many surprises.

She was sure she had the advantage in knowledge!]

But.. But.. How could I lose to a rookie hooligan? This is impossible!

[Faetan's shoulders shake up and down as she laughs, then brings her head down to smile ferally as she retracts her Pineco into its Pokeball.]

Because I'm better than you. And so are my Pokemon.

[She shoves her Pokeballs into a leather pouch at her waist and ties it off. Then she tromps through the mud, uncaring if her boots and leggings get splattered.]
