First Master's First Post // [video/action]

[ There's a bit of fumbling from the camera as it shows a large, pupil-less green eye. It blinks, then pans back to show a young girl with a frilly dress and wing-like hair adornments. It.... looks like she's in Fairy Haven, the guildhouse for Fairy Tail in Fayren.

She's giving a big smile as she examines the camera-walkie-talkie-thing. ]

This works like a communication lacrima, right? I wonder if it can see ghosts. [ It can!! Or at least, it seems people here don't need the guild crest to see her ethereal body, so same thing. Not that she knows that yet. ] If it can't, I'll bet this is pretty scary, right? Ooo! [ She shakes the camera a little, emulating a haunted camera or... something.

She seems to grow bored of that after a few seconds. She pouts a little. ] I just got so bored waiting for somebody to show up here. Fairy Tail is usually so active, but it's quiet here... Is everybody working? Sleeping? Maybe I should go check everybody's rooms...

[ No, Mavis, that's breaking and entering. Probably. You lived aloneish on an island for like a hundred years come on you can wait a few hours. ]

....I wonder if they'll be surprised to see me here?


[ So yeah. First Master is hanging around the guild waiting for people to show up. Bother her in person or over the videophone. ]

[ Working was a pretty good guess, actually! In fact, stick around long enough and the others will start trickling back. Like Lucy, there. Who would certainly say that it wasn't breaking and entering when you were the founder of Fairy Tail. That like, gives you a VIP all season pass to go wherever you darn well please, pretty much! ... kinda. Still, Lucy! She's in a pretty good mood, judging from that smile on her face and skip in her step. And ... and that is a ..familiar person. Lucy, on seeing the First Master, practically stops dead in surprise. ]

Wha... I... am I seeing things?? Master Mavis... ?

[reaction>video]

[Now there's a familiar face. Lucky thing their new unofficial members don't have a communicator of their own or they would be worried about how a girl like that got into the locked guild before opening hours.

Natsu on the other hand is doing one armed pushups in Lucy's room again when the call comes in.]

That voice...!!!

[He quickly stands up straight and grabs the communicator. His eyes grow wide as he sees that his hunch is truth.]

The First!? Wow when did you get here?

[ And this is Mavis, who is most certainly not pouting at all and is most certainly the perfect picture of poise and grace as the first master of Fairy Tail should be! ]

Lucy!! [ She quickly stashes the videophone where does she stash that anyway and grins widely. ] I was wondering when somebody was going to come back. I was beginning to think there was no one here!

Natsu....?

[ Yes, there is the First. Yes, her face looks pretty much like the icon right there. ]

I've been her for hours. Where is everyone?

Yeah it's me!

[Boy is he not phased by that look in the least. Of course since another big member of the family showed up.]

Lucy should be showing up there any minute. I heard her walk out while I was working out.

[In her room but for him that goes without saying by now.]

Lucy? That's good.

What about everybody else? Erza? The Seventh? [ Makarov is the Sixth, Mavis. ]

[ He'd know that voice anywhere. He hadn't heard it in, well, forever, but Zeref nearly dropped the amulet when he did. And sure enough, he could see her. He was half-tempted to start checking himself to ensure some new curse didn't randomly make him a Fairy Tail member without him knowing.

Did she have the same memories he had? If so, this is will get awkward really fast. ]

... Hello, Mavis.

[ Who's next? Acnologia? Marde Guille? E.N.D.? ]

[ Yeah. He almost dropped something, but Mavis actually does drop the videophone. ]

[After Terra arrived, Kefka has been kind of lounging just out of sight where he can see all the newcomers. Even then, he didn't need to be there to feel the newest arrival's awakening. It was a feeling he'd become so intrinsically entangled with. The air tingled with magic around her. First Zeref, then Terra, and now whoever this was. Kefka silently smirked from his hiding spot. This was getting good. Once she made a post, he'll respond, throwing on an illusion to disguise his voice for now. Gestahl's visage was useful that way.]

I cannot speak for them... but I must say, I for one am surprised.

[ Lucy's smile brightens, and she scampers over to the other woman quickly. ]

I don't believe it..! You're here too! [ She laughs a little at the latter. ] The others should still be here at the guild - or they're out on a job right now. I just came back from finishing one just now.

Ack!

[ There's a bit of scrambling, the image of the guild's floors and bare feet, and then she has the videophone back in her hands. ]

[ And, surprise over, given a moment to compose herself, she's now the picture of the First most people would expect. Calm. Collected. Mostly. ]

Zeref. Can you actually see me...? Hear me?

Or could you just tell that I'm here?

I've been alone here for a while. [ She's pouting now. Definitely. What happened to acting with poise and grace, Mavis? ]

I guess that means this can see ghosts. That is impressive, isn't it?

Not everyone, but there are a lot of people here just the same. Natsu, Gray, Wendy, Erza, Gajeel... Zeref is here too.

[ Would it be weird that he's Lucy's kinda-friend? ]

Virgo got pulled here too somehow - but I've been able to close her Gate so she can recover her energy. [ She just pops up every now and again like normal. ]

[ No anger? No worried sadness? Nothing? ... He won't brig it up. He just sighs as she drops the amulet, and slowly nods as she brings it back to her face. ]

Yes... yes, I can. I was tempted to start looking for a guild mark.

[ If he even remembered which part of his body would have it. ]

Hardly. I could practically taste the power in your aura. There are only four people in this place capable of magic on that level. Two from your world, two from mine.

[ Sorry, she'll go back to asking about the state of the guild in a minute - Zeref threw her for a little bit of a loop is all. ]

This is great! It'll be nice to actually be able to talk with you. [ Sure, he did that thing where he talked to her and predicted her responses, but uhhh that's not really the same. ]

Come now, playing at modesty does not suit one like us. Our power has elevated us above the dregs of humanity. Humility is not suited to one that wields the very fabric of the universe with but a thought.

[ Zeref slowly nodded, the faintest traces of a smile forming at the corner of his lips. She must be from before their... 'talk.' It wouldn't be right to keep that from her, but damn it, that can wait. ]

Yes, that would be nice. Did anyone else come with you?

I arrived by myself, but I found the guildhouse. It looks like I was beaten here.

Yes. It's a long story but ..we were in another world together too, along with Erza and Natsu.

He's been doing all right - or as well as he can, considering. He's been staying away from people - I've been trying to get him to at least talk to others on the network, socialize more, but..

[ Not much luck there. ]

Wendy and I ran into him on a mission recently - some monsters drained almost all of his magic.

I arrived with three of them. Natsu, Lucy, and Erza. There are three others here that I know about. This world also seems to be able to bring Celestial Spirits here, without even needing their Keys.
