So.
I'm asking this for a friend.
... Lets say there's a trash fire.
... Like for the sake of the question, I'm gonna say this trash fire is about... as big as a dumpster.
My friend is really, really curious and wants to know what is the quickest possible way of putting out a dumpster sized trash fire before police show up.
Not in any rush but my friend is super busy so maybe an answer in the next ten minutes would be super duper.
