[A skull-like being appears on the network - but no, it's not a human skull and it isn't the creature's actual head. Instead it is some sort of mask, through which yellow eyes glare angrily. These are the only part that looks to be truly alive, however. Much of the rest of his body is hidden by a cloak wrapped around his shoulders, but what other parts that can be seen are robotic, yet skeletal - including a claw-like hand currently clutched into a fist. Some may be able to tell he's some sort of alien cyborg. His metallic voice is harsh.]

Where are these so-called City Guardians and your military operations?

Your explanations are not satisfactory. It was a mistake to bring me here and I demand that you return me to my ship at once.

Attacked? Who is going to attack me here?

[There is a bravado but also some sort of paranoia behind his words. He clearly has some issues.]

The people you just threatened.

[Jaune's voice has become flat again. He's wondering when his pizza will get here...]

Where did I threaten anyone? The only ones who should be afraid are my kidnappers.

[He coughs into his palm a few times before trying to make his voice raspy and deep. It's clearly insulting and over-the-top.]

[Cough, cough more coughing.]

[Back to his normal voice.] The emphasis on Guardians and mistake really points to a potential threat. Do you have a bad memory? Can robots get concussions? Concussions are bad, you know.

Those are not threats. Those are demands.

[To him, threatening others would be a lot more said than that. His eyes glare dangerously at the imitation. ]

I merely was asking to speak to these guardians so they could right this wrong.

... And I am not a robot.

Oh. Well, I'm sorry, I didn't manage to catch that with how polite and reasonable you were being.

[He shrugs in mock helplessness, his face going blank a second later.]

Generally, if you're asking it usually sounds like you're making a question out of it instead of demanding that we make time for you.

Whatever you say General Coughbot.

It isn't unreasonable to demand answers. You didn't merely invite me here for a discussion. I was brought here by unknown means, presumably by force.

You would do well to stop mocking me.

[Unfortunately, his anger caught in his throat again and caused more coughing.]

No but you know what's unreasonable? Being a jerk.

[He covers his mouth to try and hide his giggles, but he just ends up busting out laughing at him.]

You're-- You're not intimidating at all.

[His mechanical-sounding voice has become a low, threatening growl. Careful, Jaune, he does have his lightsabers on him.]

I can after pizza. Do you know where you are?

[He wipes a tear. He hasn't laughed like that in a while.]

[The threatening tone continues. He wouldn't deny that so much now. Jaune riled him up and now he feels he has to defend his honour.]

Did you find an apartment?

[Jaune arrives maybe an hour or so later. He's armed with his normal sword and shield, but he also has a gauntlet with chambers that seem to emanate a bright blue light on his right arm. He's sipping an energy drink and holding a small bag, which he tosses at General Grievous.]

I brought you something.

[It's cough drops.]

[The casual attitude bothers the General, however during the passing time he's spoken to many others and calmed down somewhat. Still, the appearance of Jaune rekindles some of that slighted anger. He catches the bag easily.]

What is this?

[Jaune pauses and frowns.] Wait, you have a throat, right? Because otherwise this conversation is going to be super awkward.

[His eyes narrow just at the mention of coughs.]

You are mocking me again.

Wow, it's like you're really observant or something.

[He's waiting to see if he'll attack. He won't attack someone for being in a bad mood first.]

[He doesn't yet make a move for his weapons and while this person was irritating him, his intentions had been initially just to find out from the highest sources what was going on and not to threaten the city. He was a warrior - with a bad temper - but he was also a strategist. How this went depended on how much Jaune would keep provoking him.]

And you continue to be sarcastic and disrespectful.

[He stalks back and forth, almost as if he's pacing.]

Did you come here to jest or did you come here to fight?

[The first thing he notes is General Grievous is pretty tall. Taller than him by a foot, which makes him slightly more threatening than he was on the phone, but Jaune remembers facing against worse.]

Says the person who started out being disrespectful.

[He's keeping an eye on him in case.]

You know what? I don't know. That's up to you. But if you want to fight we should do it further away from those buildings. People live there.

[He says the last word as if it's something very unpleasant.]

That is my job, yes. What's a Jedi?

[He's not very good at it. Maybe he acted too impulsively without thinking before. It wouldn't be the first time.]

[The question gives him pause.]

You don't know of the Jedi?

I'm from another world. In case you didn't notice.

There are many worlds. You must be far into the uncharted regions to have not even heard of them.

[There's another thoughtful pause.]

I have no quarrel with you.

Maybe. There are also different versions of the same world. It makes more sense if you read comics.

[So far though, Jaune hasn't come into contact with anything indicating there's another Remnant.]
