It's either a dragon or a really weird looking snake. Give me a second...[Kay turns the camera to show the Dratini sleeping on top of the couch.] It's pretty calm for a dragon too. It was scared of us first and hid under the couch. It could have been because Cassian was screaming his head off.

[The camera turns back to Kay and he looks as concerned as a droid can manage.] Will you be safe with the ghost around? And if what they say is their designation then the dragon is Dratini and the little troublemaker is Joltik.

[Kay raises a hand to his head to poke at the pokemon. It quickly latches onto his finger.]

I'm not fond of making them fight, no.

[At least not until Cassian turns the training into a competition.]

[ dave raises his brows while the dratini is on camera ] That looks like a fancy pool noodle. It's incredible. Cassian sounds like a chickenshit. It's just a noodle.

And yours is a visually impaired turtle. [So really, who can judge.] I think they're supposed to look weird. Cassian got a blue bird that has clouds instead of wings. It also does not like to be moved once it sits on your head.

Cassian is a soldier, he's careful about these things because you never know when it can be a trap. [Aka, he loves his friend dearly but the man is often very paranoid.

Kay's optics shift when he sees the ghost.] It likes to play tricks on you, I see. If you are sure it's not dangerous...[Because Kay isn't.]

Safer for him? Yup. Not so much for me if it were a dozen of them but only one it's like when you humans get bitten by mosquitoes. I can survive it and he's calmer when he's full.
