Hey, I'm taking Yang and Blake shopping today. You get ready and come with us.

You could say no, but we might break in and just drag you off with us anyways.

Blake, Are you busy today?

You better not be because Yang, Jaune and I are going shopping and you're coming too!

Be ready in like an hour, an hour and a half tops.

[You know, it would be easy to just get up and walk over Yang's room and tell her the plan, but Ruby's already on the phone so why bother getting up?]

Yaaaaaaang! We're going shopping with Jaune and Blake today, get ready!

[Yang DOES mind, quite frankly, and looks mildly uncomfortable the way a person does when her grandpa just says something incredibly racist or inappropriate. Marceline's appearance is actually kind of a relief, and makes the situation look a little less 'I'm going to have to punch my way out of this one won't I?' and more 'Maybe he just doesn't know any better.']

She's got a point.

[Yang croses her arms, shifting her weight to one hip as she relaxes and goes casual.]

I mean, you never read any books where the kidnapped princess falls in love with the evil duke that took her in the first place. She likes the guy who rescues her and helps her out of a tight spot.

[There's a pause where he considers just what he's said and who he's said it to before he continues.]

... Well whatever! This place is the pits anyway. You said it yourself, there isn't a single Princess in this crummy Genessia. [He pulls the feathery boa off his neck and tosses it on the ground.] I miss my palace! And my Icepedes! And my Gunter!

[She's just going to let you think about what you just said, and not comment. The same as she likes to completely ignore Gunter's name. At the same sort of time, she rolls her eyes for Yang's benefit of yes, he's always like this.]

I'm probably going to regret this... [a breath] What about making a palace out in the land where there's not a load of buildings and stuff? Like, there's got to be somewhere. [At least: (a)they know where he'll be if he decides they haven't got to be princesses to be kidnapped; and (b) It should keep him busy for a while. She turns her head slightly.] Do you know somewhere like that?

[She kind of does feel sorry for him. He's weird, and a little bit creepy, but he's not bad. Maybe he just really doesn't get it.]
