"Let me get this straight, I'm no longer fighting Berserkers, Locusts and nasty creatures and now I'm here?

"Get me a damn ship out of this place."

I'm afraid you're not. Many are trying to find a way out or back home, but so far nobody has control over who comes or goes.

The man stands up after looking at the hologram.

Nobody?!

... I guess I better find a way to survive this place.

Not many would take a man with a gun and a chainsaw.

[ Cassian nods, taking a moment to size up the gun and chainsaw. ]

Surviving here isn't so hard, it's mostly civilians living at peace. Among them are creatures of great power, so you might want to be careful who you anger, if you are planning to anger anyone.

"I wouldn't be surprised by people a lot stronger than me, been around E-Day way too long back home."

[ Been a while since he introduced himself like that, but this man seems to be a soldier. And some of them react touchily to rebel anything. ]

You'll need to find work and housing eventually, but I saw the hologram in the background, I assume you know that much. As far as prisons go, this is a comfortable one.

Marcus nodded "Depends on the work, I can do the housing bit. But honestly, I don't mind a comfortable place if I'm stuck here."

"Then nice to meet you Captain Andor."

"It's nice to see this place still standing though, my earth is ravaged by Locusts, Berkers, Reapers and a whole heck of a lot more, so don't mind the alien blood on the chainsaw."

[ That then is vaguely alarming, though not for the sight of blood. ] There are many different species of sentients here, among them aliens. On the whole, they aren't hostile. Don't continue your war here. [ That might have been a tad harsher than intended, though. ] I'm sorry about your world.

Marcus looked up and eyed him "I don't plan on it."

The chainsaw is off and connected to the gun in a way.

"I can't do much about it now, that i'm stuck here."

I can only promise that I won't hurt any aliens and or other sentient beings. But if they attack me, promises are off.

Cassian nods curtly. "Of course. Self-defense is a different case. Just don't attack anyone because they look different and you shouldn't run into any trouble." After a moment of thought he adds, "I know it's hard to leave your war behind. I don't know if it's any comfort to you, but I was told that those of us who are eventually returned will be returned to the same point in time we were taken from."

That's more comforting to hear that we will eventually be returned.
