...you really need to work on your people skills, brother. A public "caution" would be something like, "Attention. My name is...you know whatever your name is. I'm a Deputy of the Nova City Guardian. Blah blah blah, we urge all citizens to report any suspicious activity, something something, we want everyone to feel safe" or something.

You just came off like a psychotic vigilante there for a minute, pal. Doesn't look good on anybody.
