[Yukiko appeared on the feed and she was looking a lot better than she had been. Her hair up into a messy bun for a change as she had been playing with her pokemon before now. They were all gathered around her as she smiled looking at the feed. There had been a reason for this.]

For those of who you knew, I had been ill a few weeks ago. Just to let everyone know I am better, so there is no fear of me spreading it anymore.

[She smiled slightly.]

Also to note that the number of cases of the Chimera Infection has decreased dramatically after people infected got plenty of rest and some medicine. Sure there are still a few cases lurking around, but it's not as bad as it was before.

[She moved to bow slightly. There were really people she needed to thank for it honestly.]

So thank you to the Genessia Scientific Research Foundation for sending over supplies during the time and for David in helping to make sure it didn't spread to the other cities by setting up a decontamination area by the archway. Both were a great benefit in helping out.

[She felt a tug of her sleeve for a moment as she glanced on over, a soft smile spread on her lips.]

Ah, yes. My pokemon friends want me to once again take a break after all of this, so I should really ask if people want to do something?

I am glad to hear that you are feeling better.

[Once again Belle is speaking into the phone like it's a magic mirror with both of her hands cupping it gently.]

What sort of 'something' are you thinking of? [She hasn't been in Genessia long enough to know what sort of group activities people do. Her free time is mostly spent reading.]

Just needed to rest and drink plenty of vitamin c.

[She tapped her finger lightly.]

The thing is, I'm not sure. It would depend on who would be coming. Try and do something everyone would like.

[Belle smiles.]

Well do you have ideas yet? At least so I can get an idea of what you're thinking of?

[She has no point of reference and Belle's life hadn't afforded her the luxury of parties.]

Well I'm mostly thinking of a trip to a cafe or something, it's nice, calm and quiet so talks can happen.

[It was something of an idea at least.]

What about a tea party?

[It's a suggestion.]

A tea party does sound rather nice. I could even try and bake something.

[She wanted to see how far she had come in her cooking anyway. She knew she was much better than she was two and a half years ago.]

Not sure what exactly yet though.

I don't know myself. I've never had one.

Really? I mean I've had got together's, but not so much things like tea parties.

I haven't really done that either I'm afraid.

[It's always been her and her father.]

So it will be something new for the both of us. I'm sure it will be fun.

[ Ayame sits at a coffee shop when she sees this video broadcast in the network. The feeling of relief she gets from hearing this news was enough to make her day. ]

This is great news. I'm relieved that the infection is beginning to be quelled, and to hear of your recovery.

[ Yukiko is still a stranger to Ayame. They talked through the network very briefly, but Yukiko's ownership of the Amagi Inns have allowed Ayame to at least know who she is by name and face. ]

I have plans to go to Fayren once the issue revolving the Chimera infection has been fully resolved, and go camping in the woods there. Do you have an estimate of when it would be completely safe to do so?

It's not fully resolves per say. Still cases, but those cases are most within the basement area of the Amagi Inn.

[Which really is a good thing.]

But I wouldn't say for sure when an exact good time. But people who have it or might have been told where to go, so really you can go anytime.

I see. I'm glad, truly. This could call for a celebration.

I believe we haven't officially met. We've spoken very briefly through the network once, and I already know your name. Nonetheless, I wish for a more formal introduction so - hello, I'm Ayame Sasaki, I run Atelier Iris. I recall you inquiring for potential uniforms once before.

I don't believe we have. [She bows slightly, she was always polite as she could be.]

Yes, that was me. I'm sorry I haven't said anything since. It ended up going lower down on my list than originally planned.

[ Ayame returns the slight bow, using that time to pause in between words ]

And there's nothing to pardon. I understand we're all busy people in between sudden bouts of conflict here and there. My schedule is always open for new projects, so anytime you feel like dropping by. Me and my assistant would be happy to help you and your business.

I am hoping to come on over soon depending. Maybe within the next couple days now I can go out and about again.

Do we know the origins of the Chimera Infection yet? Has Patient Zero been identified?

Considering the illness is very much like the flu back home, no. For that you would probably have to go back years if not centuries of medical history to find out the origins or even the very first person who had it.

If it's something that worries you still I would suggest perhaps living outside Fayren until it dies down even more. But as I stated it's very much like the flu, it will keep coming back pretty much yearly. The best one can do is rest and drink vitamin C if one catches it. But there is really nothing much else one can do.

So there is every reason to believe that this epidemic is, for lack of a better term, natural.

{ He's not sure if he should be relieved by that or not. }

I see. Thank you. You are right, however; I have more reasons than most to wish to avoid a disease like this.

More than likely, yes. But as mentioned there are ways to help if and when people have it. It's just because it affects magic users is why it caused a stir. I also get why considering I did catch it myself and started a fire.

But it is dying down, so hopefully it won't be too big an issue now. Just make sure if you see someone who might show symptoms to keep away and to let me know.

I admit, it does seem oddly specific, affecting mages so strongly while leaving non-mages with nothing more than flu-like symptoms. But perhaps I jumped to conclusions, in my fear of catching it.

Mavis and I cannot be too careful. If one of us were to catch it, it would be a calamity.

{ The problem is that he he thinks about the fact that hundreds of people could potentially die, his curse would activate and they'd probably die anyway. Or worse, if Mavis catches it, Fairy Heart could activate. No, he's just thinking that he doesn't want to spend a week or so in bed with a fever. }

Magic is something we have control over. I guess when one gets ill out control gets... how should I put this... we probably lose that control. Thus why it's different for magic users. Non magic users have nothing they have to control, where as magic users do.

[She stops for a moment, thinking how to text next.]

It makes sense why your being so cautious about it, but as I mentioned it's dying down for the most part.

That makes sense. I still find it a little too convenient for certain parties who have a vested interest in painting mages as inherently threatening to non-mages, but perhaps that's just an unfortunate act of nature.

Oh, I understand that and I will always be on the look out, but I also was quick to deal with it to make sure if something did happen it was in a controlled place.

So really they wouldn't of had anything ages mages this time.

Thank you for putting yourself at risk of infection to not only get the sample but to help people as well. I'm glad to see you are well again too.

I did try not to catch it, but I guess I wasn't always cautious enough.

But it's good to feel better, but I still have some people who have it in the secure basement.

Glad you're feeling well, Yukiko. I'm a little jealous that your pokemon want for rest; mine want the other thing, and I've not been successful in convincing them of the finite hours in the day.

That said, how about battling? Some of mine are especially fond of that. Well, suppose they all are, as a species, but I'm sure they'd love new playmates.

That's because my pokemon understand how much I work I do and how little I take for rest sometimes. I guess they probably pay a lot more attention to me than I know.

[She paused.]

Battling might be okay. They haven't done that in a while.
