If there's anything elsewhere to gather information besides the library is the museum or a planetarium in this case - and Ten stands there staring at the main display at the opening of the planetarium that can be seen from the ticket line and has a look of longingly in his eyes and almost - almost you'd swear that he's actually been up close to those stars.

The Doctor finally makes his way to Genessia Scientific Research Foundation and is snooping around for any sort of clues.

Another place, one will be able to spot The Time Lord are the museums.

Ten can't that Fayren isn't lovely looking but frankly that's all he can say about it. He can't say that he believed he just saw a dwarf go by there; just some sort of sub-human species. The dragon flying over- head some kind of alien from some world but nothing here is actually magical. Maybe someone could prove him wrong? That science can't explain everything.

[Attleton]
To white picket fence and all American 1950's feel to it; which Ten makes a bothered face; but his Tardis could be anywhere.

[Everglade]

Call him the fool that walked in at night; though he does like the fog - makes him think of London. He does feel that shiver though that something is a-miss here but what is quite another question.

[And lo, here is yet another dragon (though much smaller than the others), who lands several feet in front of the doctor and starts sniffing the ground. She doesn't notice him at first, but she snatches a bug from the ground and eats it. Only afterwards does she look around and notice the doctor, immediately shrinking back. She's a little timid.]

[Ten pauses and watches with a big smile and enjoyment in his eyes at the creature. So beautiful! He doesn't move but holds his ground and gently speaks]

[She looks up at the human. Somehow it feels like she's met him before, recently. Was this the same person she ran into during the spirit invasion? Things were so chaotic back then, details were fuzzy in her mind, other than how terrified she was.]

Ah...have we met before...?

[Here comes a young blond girl in a pink dress with little white wings hairclips in her hair. Nothing about her seems out of the ordinary except that she's walking barefoot but that's a not a big deal is it? Also she's smiling brightly and humming to herself.

When she notices the Doctor, she pauses and gives him a little nod in greeting, still smiling.] Hello! Are you new in Fayren?

[Ten smiles back when he hears the voice calling to him and gives a small finger wave]

Hallo. No. Just wandering though.

[Even here, The Doctor doesn't have a place to live - yet, anyways.]

[Mavis takes a few steps closer to him.]

Well, I don't believe we've met before, so... I'm Mavis Vermillion, founder and guild master of Fairy Tail. It's a pleasure to meet you.

[Planetarium]

[It wasn't easy for her, but Anastasia was done being bedridden and wanted to revisit where her life in this world essentially started two years ago. A parasol in hand and a weird creature at her side, she made her way to the Planetarium where she got to know her best friend at the time.

Here she is at the ticket line, standing behind a tall man who seems just as fascinated with the stars as she is, with her pet making the air around her unusually cold for the season.]

[Ten notices the slight drop in temperature which grabs his attention first on what is causing that and in such a small area and gives her a big grin]

[And inwardly misses being with them; being out among them and then crutches down to examine the creature]

[Once they were inside of the building, there was no need for her to have either her parasol or Glaceon out. So, she folds her parasol and recalls the creature to its little capsule-like bed.]

[Colette had been out walking her poochyena when he got excited and ran ahead. She chases after him with a shout, not ready for the man who suddenly stepped around the corner. She barrels into him, bouncing right off and tumbling backward, arms pinwheeling on her way down. The impact jars her and wings made of energy sprout from her back.

She gasps, realizing she's just ran into a man, and sits up quickly.]

I am so sorry! I should have been watching where I was going. Are you okay?

[Can't say it's a dull moment - turn a corner and have someone wham into you, though the fall to the ground wasn't much of a bother and what kind of dog was that? And she just had energy that took a form of wings - what kind of alien is she? There's a smile from him as he slowly gets to his feet]

I'm fine, really! [She scrambles to her feet and pulls her wings back in before she dusts herself off.] I'm really sorry. Are you sure you're okay? [He looked fine, but she couldn't help but worry.

Her poochyena stepped towards the man, sniffing him and trying to decide if he was friend or foe.]

[Spock is analyzing some data on his PADD when he notices Ten peeking his head through the door of his lab and looking around. There's the faintest of hints of a frown on his face; he doesn't recognize this man, but then again he himself had come to the GSRF not an hour after he arrived here, so it's not that out of the ordinary.]

Miss Schnee does not often visit the laboratories here, instead allowing us to study the object of our choosing. If it is a scientific query you have, I would be better suited to answer it.

GSRF

[ There's much less snooping involved than the Doctor seems to think. Liv's used to visitors. One of the main tenants of the Genessia Scientific Research Foundation's founding was open and free access to information, after all. There are flat-out binders available for guests. The only ones separate is the data that's for ongoing tests to avoid causing a panic because someone sees they're looking into something, thinks it's what's going on, and then assumes the worst when the data doesn't end up reflecting what GSRF scientists expect to find.

Liv, for the time being, seems to be working with samples of flowers. Though for her, she does have the issue of her primary sciences being surgical and forensic in nature. Which means most of what she's doing is trying to think of ways she can be of use when it comes to flowers and crystals. Give her a corpse to work with any day.

Though, her brain is a little unique compared to others. She kind of wonders what would happen if she ingested the flowers. When the doctor comes in, she's mostly looking at a sample flower like she's trying to decide what to do with it. ]

[Ten meanwhile is beyond human speed reading what is left out in the binders; as in literally flipping the papers like a flip book and doesn't give him any more information that he hasn't been told. Her staring causes him to stare and then eyes over the counter - what kind of flower is that?]

Flora can be used for antidotes if one knows the chemical composer of the flower. Unless we're beyond that then I'd suggest some tea.

[There's a dark haired woman near a wooden building, petting the nose of a akhal teke horse and smiling. She seems pretty normal, if you don't count the arms, in which case you might end with twice the usual number expected when it comes to a human. After weeks of looking for one, Ildikó finally found the perfect hose and she's cooing at it.]

Now, aren't you the cutest thing? Who's a good boy? You are...

[Fai was currently walking through town, a book in hand and clearly open. His Pokemon companions trailing behind his feet and it wasn't long before he looked up, snapping the book shut and smiling slightly. Waving his hands.]

[As the Doctor makes his way through the Planetarium, he may come across a man dressed in grey overalls who is seated on a bench and also gazing wistfully at one of the displays of stars and planets. He's snacking on a sandwich and not paying much attention to the passers-by, aside from offering a shy smile if any catch his eye.]

[Gaston decided to brave a trip to the library, curious to see what kind of books this place had and if there was anything he could read. Or wanted to read. He wanted to try at least. He had recalled how Belle was interested when he tried to converse with her about the book she had in her hand. Only that didn't go well.

This time, he wanted to make a real effort and try reading something. Maybe...something would hold his attention. Reading was always a chore for him and he only had to read when it was really necessary.

He didn't notice the other man near by as he got lost in the books that surrounded him. There were just too many and he didn't even know how to start. He was tempted to walk away.]

[Ten meanwhile, has an unbelievable pile of books as he sits in a large armchair with his clever glasses - reading through the pages at an unbelievable pace; by which even the smartest human in the world probably couldn't read that fast.

Roday's agenda is to find any books containing anything about Gallifrey. So far - nothing about Gallifrey. It's better that the information isn't here; however if the information about Gallifrey also isn't here; that begins to raise more questions; as The Doctor is currently holding a book that has some of the history of one of the Kanto region in the Pokemon world and at the very moment Gaston walks by - just happens to pause and look up in thought]
