[David starts up the video feed and stacks of paper can be seen beside him as he's sitting in the Guardian's Office. He’s been pulling all-nighters for the last few weeks, but he’s finally reached the mountain top of paperwork. Though a Guardians work is never really done.]

With everything that has happened, I’ve yet to have a chance to say this. But thank you to everyone that helped not only defend Genessia City, but every other city during the breach. Even if you only helped people get to the safe houses, I still want to extend my gratitude to you and I hope all of you got through it okay.

All things considered, just like last time, we’ve learned more about this place because of this situation. Though, ideally we could discover more about this place without it taking some massive event for more information to be discovered.

A small word of warning too. Given how many of the creatures from outside made their way inside, some could possibly still linger around. I plan to make some rounds through the cities for the next couple of weeks to check, if anyone wants to join, they are more than welcomed to. If anyone happens to spot any while they happen to be out, please report it.

While I'm still too new to speak for the population, I'm still sure everyone would like to extend their gratitude for your hard work, Guardian Haller. The situation could have escalated far worse without you having previously prepared for such things with knowledge of prior outbreaks. I can see why you have the position you do.

[She lets out a deep sigh.]

I'm sorry...you're right. All this work is catching up to me. I wonder if today would be a good day to rest...

[She can only imagine the kind of work he does when she's not looking, especially with all those papers on his desk.]

There was an information gather effort deployed when the barrier came down. This is just a private conversation between me and you because I want the one that ran the experiment to announce his results to the public himself.

Outside of the barrier is a wasteland, though the atmosphere is livable. It's also believed that those creatures roaming around are perhaps the form residents of this world. And not only that, there are so many more of them out there than we initially believed.

It would be. We have a breather from everything that's happened, so take the rest of the day off and sleep.

[He keeps busy, that much is for sure.]

Not much in the last few weeks. I try to get at least an thirty minute or hour long nap if I can.

You won't be. If we encounter any, I doubt it would be in a high number.

[She smiles slightly, bowing her head in gratitude as she closes her eyes...but she quickly looks up again before the urge to sleep overwhelms her.]

[She knows he's aware of this, but...she's just letting him know that she's concerned for him.]

I did! It was nice to be allowed to continue in the same field as back home.

Ideally, we won't find any. Was this much different from the last time this sort of thing happened?

I promise you, I won't. Though when I am finally able to get a good amount of sleep, I think I might sleep for an entire day as opposed to just 8 hours.

How long have you been at it in your home world? You look fairly young.

This first one wasn't a full on breach, but instead there was a crack in the barrier. It also didn't take place in Genessia City, it took place in Everglade. There were no spirits with flowers inside of them last time, either. And the only city they got to was Genessia City through the Everglade Archway. And the last time it was caused by the barrier growing weak.

In an official capacity? Less than three years. Reasonably, the law enforcement from home had been a bit reluctant to use any of my services when I started because of my age but some of them have warmed up quite a bit since then.

What do you think caused it this time?

[Ten listens intently and doesn't enjoy what he's hearing - at all. If anything hearing there's a wasteland outside only makes this place sound like some zoo or a colony where you're not suppose to leave. Almost like there was a colony here and something happened - some infection of some sort;

Calm down, we haven't had any reports about any actually still being around. They could all be gone, but we just want to make sure that they are. Always better safe than sorry, right?

Well, we both know you would be out doing that job whether I took you around with me or not. At least together, we could watch each others back.

You can put a pin in being a tribute for the moment, though you never know when we might have to sacrifice someone to listen to some old lady talk on and on about her cats.

We can always use more hunters in case they are around.
