It shouldn't be. The materials are widely available in Nova City. I would need to meet with you at some point and do a cursory scan of your mind however. Nothing more than singling out the brain waves that the device would interface with. I would see nothing of your memories. Using a single frequency would keep unintentional thoughts from being transmitted as well.
