Ten had almost been in Genessia or rather the special section of Hell just for him. Things were a little better with the arrival of The Tardis, even if she can't time travel and any hope of leaving this place via 5th dimension or flying went out the window and took a toll on him as well because he gave up his ability to not need sleep very often. Martha's arrival was splendid and nothing seemed odd; she was from the same moment he was - it was Amy, the girl from his future that this place started to become more bothersome. Then Rose. And Captain Jack. As far as Ten figured at this point they were scattered across the timeline and it was a nightmare.

Then there was Pidge and the dear child seems very fond of the Tardis and who could blame her and lonely that she was allowed in to stay. Of course, the big question is how is this possible? Taken others from all over the multiverse is one thing but from the same universe and different times - not good. Not good at all.

[She paces up and down and settles in the jump-seat at the console.]

[Quiet, and runs a hand over the console, much like he always did.] You like Amy, don't you?

This must be most confusing for you. Even more than him.

[Laughs.] It confuses me. [Chews her bottom lip.] Yeah I know, I don't have to talk out loud for you to hear, it just... still some getting used to.

Think I'll get used to it with your baby... or... I'm not sure what to call her yet. Baby... I think, yeah?

[Wry grin, and spins around, falling out of the chair seeing someone standing there.]

That was a dirty trick.

"Alright then, Doctor," someone one said, bounding out of her room to throw her arm around his. "What's for today? Was chatting with a girl at a pub the other day, had an idea for something you might enjoy to eat. Figured we might do a bit of running, find some trouble?"

Someone is probably about as eager to run as you are. Plus after talking to Rose... she was more determined than before to cheer up your sad grumpy little face.

Late night 28th

Rose was just beginning to believe it was all real, which made her a little giddy, but also afraid to sleep alone still in case she did wake up and it wasn't.

The TARDIS had other plans and as Rose half-sleep-walked to her room blearily, she found herself at the Doctor's door instead.

There was a bit of a puzzled frown, but she didn't even knock, just entered, trusting that the TARDIS wanted her there for reasons beyond pudding just then.

He was clearly having a nightmare of his own, not lying awake as she usually came across him and she blinked in surprise, climbed into bed, and gently pet his hair, as if he was the Meta-Crisis Doctor, not the alien who had yet to even splinter. "Shhhh," she whispered soothingly, and even kissed his forehead, "It's okay, I've got ya, Doctah. Everything will be all right now."

Alright. Person she didn't know. At all. Interesting. She crossed her arms and sized him up. "Don't recall putting out a vacancy sign. You have an invitation to be here, or just come to gawk?"

She'd defend the Tardis for the Doctor, if she had to.

His Tardis and therefore doesn't have to knock before entering Jack's room and stands in the doorway in disbelief that he's asking Jack of all people about this. Then again, Jack is the only other one that understands about time and knows both Martha and Rose.

Jack you are a sight for sore eyes, which here means that looking at Jack confirms the fact that Ten has lost his time sight because Jack doesn't look wrong. However, he'll keep that bottled up deep inside and probably cry himself to sleep later about this.

Aug 1st

Rose brings a bottle of whiskey, and crashes on Jack's bed, not even bothering to be polite, just emotionally exhausted and holds it out for him to join her.

"This week has been insane," she says and takes a swig straight from the bottle. "Did you know the older Doctor is here, and he's like... only a few years younger than you?" A dark chuckle, "Did not age as well," she bounced her eyebrows at Jack, looking at him upside down, half hanging off his bed.

"He wears hoodies now. And apparently teaches, or taught, as a professor for a bit."

August 4th

Jack needed to do something anything to keep from feeling raw as hell and spilling more of his secrets then he already has. He isn't sure he's ready to head back out the TARDIS doors again, so he does the next best thing he tinkers with the TARDIS. He'd felt horrible about slamming her door when he stormed out a few days ago so he decided to make it up to her by working on some burned out wiring he'd noticed when he'd first arrived and started talking to her.

Currently his head is under the console as he works. He is wearing an undershirt and his wool pants but his braces are down. He alternates between casual chatting with the ship and singing to her, old Cole Porter tunes and other things that pop into his head. Just a quiet moment between captain and ship.

"You're Rose aren't you?" Martha asked quietly from behind Rose. She ran her hands down her jeans, smoothing out some wrinkle that wasn't even there. She had wanted to meet Rose, but somehow she managed this moment a bit differently.

Amy was spending a lot of time poking about the Tardis, and trying to watch the network for a few specific people. River. Rory. Given the fact that this wasn't the Doctor as she knew him, she was also looking for Melody and Mels. As much as she wanted to get home, she was also enjoying this odd adventure, and she was utterly sure she'd get home in due time. And of while she was here...should could raise her little girl...? So yeah, feel free to pester her as she's hanging about in the Tardis.

[First one:] Amy. Amy. Amy. Help. There's this hot old guitarist and I can't stop hitting on him. Irish tea was a bad idea. Wait, is that racist? 'm not. I just meant it was like Irish coffe, but with tea instead because I like tea.

[5 minutes later:] I need you to tell me if he's a threat. He could be a bad guy. Or just a sexy bad boy. Help.

[5 minutes after that.] 'm gonna go meet him for apartment huntin'.
[30 seconds after that.] NOT TOGETHER! Oh my gosh! I just meant like looking at the same time as him!!! [LOUD FACEPALM.]

[3 minutes after that, in total whispers:] Amy I think he might be the Doctor. Did I just hit on a married Doctor? But he flirted back! I don't know if that's better or worse.

[10 minutes after that:] Not the Doctor but I don't buy his Joe Cool act for nuffin. [HUFF.] Is it cheatin' on Meta-Crisis if we never got anywhere? In my heart though?

[15 minutes after that:] AMY AMY AMY AMY AMY AMY POOOOOOOOOOOOND! JACK'S HERE! NOW YOU CAN KISS HIM YOURSELF. I warned him you might though. YOU SHOULD TELL HIM HOW YOU'RE RELATED TO THE DOCTOR HE WILL LAUGH! IT WILL BE SO AMAZING! AND AND AND--
[22 seconds after that because she was cut off, RUDE MACHINE:] I think I might start up my own Torchwood here. But no blokes allowed in my flat if I get one. Except Jack. I love Jack.
[15 seconds after that.] You might be in charge of savin' me from myself. If Sunglasses Mc-Scottish Guitar is the Doctor I want to steal him. Married or not. And if he's not... that's worse because I can't stop flirtin' and it's a real problem. [DOUBLE FACE PALM.]

"Amy, help. It's Rose. Remember when I was drunk and I was saying how I wouldn't let the Doctor die? Well, now he's suicidal and tried to poison himself. And I'm pretty definitely sure I am not the right person right now to remind him what he's living for, yeah? Help. We're at ice cream."

It's only about as panicky as you'd expect.

Pidge catchall

[Pidge isn't hard to find, she is commonly sitting and observing the technology of the Tardis, though she is respectful and keeping her hands out of it. When she isn't there, she can be found working on random bits of tech, though what it is or why is something that will need to be asked. If anyone is watching her closely, they might notice she doesn't seem to sleep a whole lot, and she looks very tired as a result. And there is often at least one coffee cup, possibly more, around her and it looks like she's trying to replace sleep with the drink.]

[he is just poking about the Tardis. Exploring. Trying to figure out where he'd left everything. Bad enough she seems to be amused by him and is playing silly buggers with the walls and corridors. Ah, but he loves that about her so it doesn't bother him.

He does, however, squint, when he comes across the young boy/girl/human? creature nursing a cup of coffee. They are not immediately recognizable and, shuffling through various memories, can't bring up that face to mind. Which doesn't altogether mean anything]

Catchall for 12 around midnight / early morning hours of the 28th

He is just sitting in the main room, crossed ankles up on the control hub as he casually eats ice cream, the guitar sitting next to him but still wearing the sonic sunglasses. It's all pretty nostalgic for him, really. This place. This look. He misses the more epic look but he's not going to change twiggy's sense of style. Yet anyway. So for now he's just going to eat and avoid as best he can thinking about the strange even for him way his life his diverted.

Rose is still in pjs, and apparently just got up, but she hasn't been able to stay down.

"I'm going to watch the Olympics. What time is it?"

Jack popped out of his room and spotted Martha his smile once again going megawatt. "Martha Jones as I live and breathe," he said longing to open his arms for a hug but knowing he can't because of the time line issues. "Here we are again only inside the TARDIS this time."

The cuddling support network the day before and of the party; did help a lot but he knows he could also be in a much worse place and only accepted help because he really didn't he could do the climb again and learned from Martha people do help that, even if asking for help isn't something to do and knew at the party he was off - and that was probably noticed. Nervous too because he doesn't know what to expect out of this older face of himself and spinning in a chair in his room, while he waits.

He knows that he did wrong but is hopeful that from here on out things will be smoother.

For 12; August 7

He'd had a long night of doing mostly nothing but thinking. Thinking was the roughest really. Especially when there were no conclusions. There never were really. Just guesses. It's bad but not as bad as it could be and of course there are other complications now as they always were. He never asked for any of this. As much as he liked seeing Rose again he felt a bit too old for her and far away. Adding up everything else and it was, to put it lightly, an unsatisfactory situation.

But perhaps with potential to be less annoying.

There was a gentle tug in his hind brain. Her informing him he was waiting and slightly anxious but nevertheless with a firmer grip on himself.

After a while he gets up and goes to see him, sunglasses firmly on because this is what it's going to be like and some degree of separation is necessary. He doesn't bother to knock. Instead comes right on in, sitting on a chair and kicking his feet up on a table, watching himself from over his glasses.

"I realize it's a hard time for you, but just so we're clear, as much pain as you were in, you do realize you were being an emotionally manipulative shit, don't you?"

Jack can be found prowling the TARDIS corridors re-learning the ship he hasn't been a companion on for several years. He has rolled up the sleeves of his dark blue dress shirt and forgone his braces and belt. It's a testament to how comfortable he is on the ship that he's taken off some of his armor.

He could be using his vortex manipulator to scan and map, but he knows that wouldn't really do any good. So he keeps one hand on the wall and moves forward whispering. "Show me somewhere new sweetheart."

Nice blouse, check. Jacket, check. Cute scarf, check. Short skirt. Most certainly. Glasses that look just like the Doctor's but cooler because she's the one wearing them? Very much check. She slid her feet into her shoes, gave herself one last look in the mirror, then headed out for an afternoon of adventure and fun.
