I just know there are people or some sort of individual that reigns over this place. Name wise, I don't know their names. I just know that it's a dimensional rift of sorts independent of the worlds we all came from. On top of that there are simple apartments to luxury ones somewhere in town.

Residents are people from different worlds and places as well as different times. There's no telling where they're being pulled from. As far as I know, nothing is affected while these people are gone. Also, the natives are rather pleasant sometimes. Other times they're a little rude.
