[The feed opens a bit wobbly, but in no time it focuses on the scene. Someone seems to be holding who was near ground level. The light is minimal, but one can see a familiar face staring down at a corpse. It's the city guardian of Fayren looking down at a dead man who had his right arm sliced off. In Azula's hand was the severed arm, but it didn't look human. In fact, for anyone familiar with dragons, they'd know it was a dragon claw.

Surrounding Azula was mounds of gold, and red, blue and purple flame. For people who knew Azula, they'd know that some of those flames were not hers - it had a different colour.

After a while, Azula approaches the feed and drops the severed arm in front of it.]

I'm sure a lot of you have read the papers. A bounty has been placed on dragon corpses. The bounty however is not redeemable from either the royal family, or I. I suggest you thread carefully.

There has been an increase in dragon population the past month. Whatever original population existed prior, knows nothing about it, hence they are under the care of His majesty and not to be harmed. In fact, they have diligently offered their assistance.

The new breed seems to be unique. They look like humans for the most part. If angered...[Clearly, she tried to challenge one.] ...they grow to around 60-70 feet in height and are highly capable of burning anything to ash. They seem to be very fond of gold as well. Any lost gold shall not be replaced, so be careful.

If you can deliver their corpses to me, the royal treasury can offer 3-4 thousand red bills, per head.

[For a brief moment, Azula stares at the feed with her face reddening a bit, before she shakes it off.] Also, I need to warn everyone. There's also an ongoing investigation with regards to missing people. Aside from being young, the only similarity between all 80 cases, is the fact that all missing people seemed to lack a certain degree of physical relationship...

[Then, the creature holding the feed squeaks.] They is all virgins!

Yes. They are. So if you're a virgin, well, I highly suggest you seek protection in the Guardian's tower beside the castle.

[When the feed clicks on, opens on a fairly dark room, with only the light of a nearby computer screen casting a dull light on a very smug looking Kazuya. He's sitting in a very high-backed office chair, wearing a purple crushed velvet suit and is sitting at a large black marble desk, full-length windows behind him looking out over a static cityscape.]

To all residents of Nova City, you will notice a new gateway has opened. I have brought in the G Corporation Headquarters from my own world, and have a bit of advice for any who would attempt to trespass on my property.

[The camera lifts and swings, almost as if it were on a crane, to show a very large android, and what appears to be a 4-foot thick chunk of concrete with rebar running through it, almost as if it had been ripped directly from a building.]

This is the JACK-6, the latest in robotic defensive measures. It is the most advanced model of robot G Corporation has ever produced.

[As if by some silent command, the robot turns, raises a fist, and places it against the cement. A second later it jerks its arm slightly and the cement and rebar explode outward as if a bomb had gone off inside it.]

It has been programmed with over two hundred styles of martial arts, can predict and adapt to any combat situation, and patrols my property, eliminating any and all intruders.

[There's a lot of thunderous footsteps as the first model is joined by what appears to be twenty more identical ones.]

And I have the capacity to mass produce them. That is all.

[OOC: Action tags will most likely be answered by a Jack journal once I get one set up. /o/]

[The video opens with a familiar scene. Ozpin sitting at a desk looking as professional as possible, with the Beacon emblem-emblazoned coffee mug being as prominently displayed as possible.]

Greetings, Genessia. It's been some time since I addressed you like this. I wish it could be under better circumstances, to be honest. I will say that I enjoyed not having to come before you like this in the relative time of peace we've enjoyed in the last month or so. However, there have been developments.

[Ozpin snaps his fingers, pictures of Satsuki and Wily appearing on the feed.]

I'm sure you have all heard that Miss Satsuki Kiryuin has been appointed to the position of Deputy Guardian of Nova City, working under the current Guardian, Dr. Albert Wily. They have issued a proclamation that all youth within Genessia will be required to attend a school built, and run, by them.

I come before you today not as a resident of this fine city, nor as a potential Guardian Candidate. Today, I come before you as an educator. The bond between Teacher and Student is a very fragile and sacred one, I feel. There is a level of trust that needs to be met before any learning can occur. In my home world, I am the Headmaster of Beacon Academy, who trains and educates teens to face the dangers of our world head on and give everyone a fighting chance at survival. The burden of trust between myself and my students is even higher in this situation, as the career paths my students have chosen will undoubtedly put their very lives at risk once they graduate and begin their duties as Huntsmen and Huntresses.

Education is a choice. Pure and simple. Not every person is cut from the same cloth, and thus not everyone is cut out to be a shop keeper, or a hunter, or anything else. That is the beauty of humanity, however. We are given the capacity to choose our own routes through life, and how we walk that path is, again, on our shoulders. Education is not mandatory, and I encourage every youth that would be otherwise subjected to this "mandatory" school to choose for themselves whether they wish to attend or not.

I would also take a moment to speak directly to my students, though the information is something that needs to be made public so that all involved can make an informed choice. Do not forget that it was Wily who set his machines against you, and attacked you without cause. I will be coordinating potential resistances with any Guardians that wish to take action against Wily and his minions crossing into their territory in order to enforce these requirements.

I feel that I have been talking for long enough now, and will leave you to your own decisions, Genessia. I will be more than happy to aid those who wish to resist this, and will likewise stay out of the affairs of those who willingly choose to attend. Do not forget, Genessia, you have a choice.

[Genessia. Very interesting, though the vampire didn't take very kindly to suddenly being removed from his home. Especially without his knowledge or consent.]

I commend the souls whom were brave enough to execute this plan. [Successfully. To some extent.]

I've done some looking around, and have discovered many of you have been cursed with the same fate. So I ask you, why are you still here?

[Perhaps a ploy to dig up information. Maybe he was curious of their motives. Whatever the reason for this feed, Zelman was certain something could come of it.]

[There is a young woman sitting down, looking overly confused as to her current situation. Sure, she had checked out everything that she noticed she had when she first woke up, but still... It seemed like a lot to take in. A whole different place and not even money and status could help her.

So after a good while of sitting just outside the bay and wondering what to do next she had turned on the feed.]

Excuse me, whoever is out there. Hello, I'm Renge Houshakuji and I just got here. [She pauses for a moment. it's still a little nerving being here if she could say so herself, so she wasn't being her usual self.]

So I was wondering... If one was rich where they were before are they still here? If not is there a way to gain ones status as upper class back? It's rather important to me. [In a sense she just doesn't want to be poor, after all one couldn't buy what she would usually. After a moment she had another question.]

Also is there anything like a dating sim game around here?

[When the feed starts, it shows a rather young but mature-looking man with lavender hair. When the video zooms out, one can make out his green robes. Thus it wouldn't be hard to tell that he's a magic user of some sort.]

Hmm... [He hums thoughtfully.]

I finally return home after four years in a foreign land...and now I find myself in another world once again. At the very least, I am grateful that I was able to fulfill my duty back home.

[So he doesn't have to worry about Lady Myrrh anymore, or about Ewan. Magvel is at peace now. And thus, Saleh looks far more relaxed.]

And yet...I can't help but wonder if any of the friends I have made are here. Kain? Rydia? Anyone else? I wouldn't really expect it, but if there is one thing I have learned, it's that anything is possible.
