Third Rose: Neither Here nor There (forward dated to Friday, Aug 11th)
Action: Kitten in the House Flower Shop- Attleton
[Not expecting to be gone so long, Aya felt not only out of sorts but very...incomplete. The Dream Docks revealed that he had been missing more than a year's worth of memories, and he wasn't okay with that. But with not knowing how to deal with his newfound memories, he did the only thing he knew, which was go to work.]
[So here he is, at his newly opened flower shop, sweeping the front of the store with a broom, lost in his thoughts about what has been revealed to him. He definitely doesn't pay much mind to the gaggles of young girls who tend to stop by to make small purchases, or just stare.]
Text:
Does anyone think our memories are being suppressed purposely?
Private Video to Sonico:
I got your messages. I'm sorry to have made you worry, Sonico. I'm fine, I promise.
[Besides the still healing gash on his neck from his bounty a couple of weeks ago. But otherwise fine!]

Kirika looked up at him thoughtfully.]
What about the people who knows they forgotten something? Can they get it back from there as well? [She looked away when she asked, possibly trying to avoid eye contact. Aya was starting to get pretty good at reading her, or least it seems.]
action.
Somehow, I don't think it works like that. Maybe there's someone who could help with that, but I couldn't trust them.
[Not just because he doesn't trust anyone, but because something like that is rather dangerous. The mind is still pretty complex, even with the advanced science they have now.]
action.
She looked back to him, understood what he meant, and continued on the conversation as it was a breeze.]
Then, after you visited the place, what memory did you recover?
[She wasn't sure if he share it or not, but she wanted to get an idea at least, anything.]
action.
[He then takes a few more sips of the water. Even the water reminded him of that world.] It kind of felt like the government owed me money.
[His humor has gotten...better over the years.]
action.
[That alone raises more questions in her mind she suppresses. And that joke... Kirika isn't there yet, so she keeps quiet about it.]
action.
It was completely underwater for most of my time there, then a flood happened and we were forced to the surface. [He goes to a small sink in the corner of the shop, fills up another glass with water, before offering it to her.] It was pretty quiet in comparison to this world.
action.
She accepts the glass of water from Aya, taking a couple gulps. Okay, maybe she is thirsty.]
Even if our memories are suppressed, they do give us the choice to retrieve them or not. [Kirika stares into her glass with less than half of water left] Perhaps some people rather not remember.
action.
I wonder if they're capable of taking away unwanted memories, as well. [He doesn't want his memories tampered with any more than they have, but perhaps someone would like that option, or even test such a capability.] But we actually don't have much of a choice in whether or not we want them.
action.
For now, Kirika set her glass down in the sink.]
No, we don't. If it's okay, I like to take a break. [She said as she made her way to the basement. She kept herself calm, for now.]
action.
[Maybe it'll be alright. Selphie should be asleep by now.]
