1st freeze
Who: Silver and YOU!
What: Just a catch all for Silver, he'll be exploring and stuff.
When: The entire day of 4/14.
Where: Around the city and the Bay.
Warning: TBA. Though language probably?
Silver never had much use for the communicators and he was always careful not to turn them on during inappropriate times, not that he had many of those to begin with, he was a demon after all not a human. That seemed to be more of a human thing, he thought. But even he himself got restless every once in a while and standing in the same place for long periods of times didn't do it much for him at all.
It really was boring.
So what he decided to do instead? Take a long stroll and explore the city. He started with the bay and made his way around the rest of the town. To the cinema, the candy factory, the square, you name it. Anyone that crossed his path during any time of the day would notice the that the temperature around them dropped and their surroundings would become more chilled...frozen. He eventually redirected his way back to the apartments and if one caught him at that point, they'd see that he froze one wall of the apartment buildings and he stood there with his arms crossed, staring into nothing.

"Silver?" Zeref asked, approaching the taller man. "How are you feeling?" And, hopefully, some of the more hot-headed members of Fairy Tail (who shall remain nameless) haven't trying to pick a fight with him. Zeref's influence can only go so far, he's not going to tell Silver to stand down if he's not the one who instigated it. "Have you been adjusting?"
The other, more obvious question, are left unasked.

Koenma didn't have much of an influence here, politically or otherwise. Things were, for the most part, peaceful. As of late, the Reikai prince had been picking up on small influxes of demonic energy. One being an ally, some having signature energies he was not familiar with. The demon energy didn't even read the same as it did back home, but the general sense was there. Out of curiosity Koenma chose to investigate it, and only just that. He by no means was fighter, and he wasn't about to endanger himself to prevent something when he currently had no power.
When pinpointing the source, this demon looked like that of a human. A disguise perhaps? Or just one with a humanoid form. That detail was irrelevant, it was the personality and where they stood with creatures outside of their own kind that mattered. When the Reikai prince approaches him, he did it casually.
"I haven't seen you around. How long have you been here?" If this demon had any sensitivity to the supernatural, then he'll immediately be able to tell Koenma wasn't human. He didn't smell it either.
