[Terra is sitting at a table before she starts with an array of things scattered in front of her. She steals her nerves and clicks on the feed.]

Um... Hello.

My name is Terra.

When I woke up here my memories had been taken. I'm not sure what is wrong with me but I have met one person who knows me.

[Terra takes a deep breath. She looks down at a sheet of paper in front of her.]

Random things bring flashes of my memory back. If anyone would be willing to help me regain my memory. I don't know. [Her voice tails off.]

I don't know how. So any ideas would be appreciated.

[Now she waits.]

[Terra walks over taking in the sight of the books. It really is something to behold.]

[ Well, those in need who can pay, usually. But Mavis is generous. And bored. So hey! ]

How much magic do you know? [ Or how much does she think she knows might be better. ]

I know a fair amount of magic but it has a negative stigma in my world. [The things she remembers.]

I feel like there is magic that I can't reach. Like I have forgotten. [Its just a feeling but it has her worried.]

[ Mavis's smile turns into a bit of a smirk. ] I can feel your magic.

You have a lot of power. There's no way to have as much power as you do without learning any magic.

I wonder what it is I am forgetting then. [After a moment of thought Terra looked back up at Mavis.] Could you teach me some magic? Maybe I could learn what I have forgotten.

Mmm, I can.

I specialize in light magic myself, but I could teach you most magic from the books in this library.

[ Mavis is this how your school idea gets its start? ]

You said you remember some magic, right? What kinds do you use?

I remember the basics.

[Terra holds up her hand palm up and cycles through fire, blizzard, lighting and darkness.]

I also also have healing magic.

[Which is the strongest magic she currently knows.]

That's quite a variety of magic you have there.

[ Granted, none of it matched up to the amount of power she could produce, but knowing a wide variety of magic was the sign of an experienced mage. Or a different system of magic, Mavis. Final Fantasy isn't Fairy Tail come on here. ]

It seems like it's mostly elemental, so perhaps we could start by going over some of the different elemental spells. And we can go over the various spells used for pulling out memories while we do.
