[Open] Fortuna Palace Party

What: A Fortuna Palace event sponsored by Aster Technologies.
Warnings: None at the moment.

The Aster Technologies sponsored party is the first large scale event that Fortuna’s Palace has played host to. The event serves to help promote a lot of their upcoming line of products while also providing an event for their employees to enjoy. Though there is still certainly a lot of big spenders showing up as well, be they affiliated or looking to become affiliated with the company or were just interested in spending a night out at a casino when its extra lively.

The Game Floor is likely he more energetic part of the casino with people gambling away their chips. While Fortuna’s Palace has a bar in a separate part of the casino, one has been set up closer to the playing area for those that want to get a quick drink and return to playing. Though those that are playing can also flag down a hostess and order a drink that way.

The buffet is set up with a large selection of different foods ranging from mini different styles. There is an eating area here for people to sit down and enjoy their meal or drink or just take a load off for a while. Food and drinks during this event are both on the house thanks to Aster Technologies. Fortuna’s Favor, the stand alone bar that the casino has is also still open for people to go and enjoy.

[Johnny does love a good party, there is no doubt about that. He’s delegated managing things to some of his employees that are working, so unless its something important, he’s free to enjoy the party. Which clearly he is, he’s almost always got a drink in his hand for the most part. He even takes his time to move about and play some of the games himself when the urge strikes him. So he can be found at one of the game tables or standing somewhere off to the side somewhere looking over everything.]

[ Fortuna's Palace has been a frequent hang-out for Ayame, who loves to gamble, drink, and any opportunity to show off her recent clothing creations, which came peppered with rose-gold accessories to balance out the dress' simplicity. After a few rounds at the gaming areas, Ayame goes to the bar to recharge. Being around so many people and having to try and socialize is more tiring to her than any physical activity. Fortuna's Favor is a quiet place for her to do just that. The classy wooden decor and laid-back ambiance is just what she likes in a place. Ordering her drink of a coffee and cream martini, Ayame glances over her shoulder to see Johnny ]

Johnny.

[ She greets with a nod and slight raise of her glass ]

You know, you got to stop showing up looking so good. Everytime I see you, not only do you look more beautiful, but it makes me want to invite you home. [He says as he takes a step behind the bar and starts to prepare himself a non-alcoholic drink for the moment.]

Flattered.

[ Ayame could only smirk a little wider and feel pink on her cheeks at that compliment, gently flipping a lock of her hair over her shoulder and made her earrings jiggle. She may not have a witty retort to give, but his words gave her a boost in her ego, if only for a moment ]

Not interested in drinking heavy tonight, I see. I can't blame you, however. One has to keep their wits about them with the amount of suits in this gathering.

I have to keep my wits about me tonight. It probably wouldn't be good for the owner of this place to be walking around wasted. [He takes a drink from his glasses.]

What about you? How hard are you going tonight?

Just a few sips, I figured I can drink to my heart's content later at home.

[Ayame nods with a small smile ]

I'm actually here on business. Trying to see if any locals here would be willing to manufacture some of my designs for a new store I have in mind.

Enis decided to stop by the event though she didn't plan to stay for long. She was curious and her curiosity was usually the only thing to get her out of her usual routines.

Her hands were hidden within the pocket of her jacket as she took a look around. Since this was a casino she decided to dress appropriately and for a rare change she was wearing a maroon dress that clung to her curvy frame. Her leather jacket was the same as always, as were her boots but she managed to pull off the look.

Enis didn't stop to play the games but watched with unguarded interest while calculating probabilities in the back of her mind.

Johnny lets out a whistle when he sees her. "Well don't you look lovely tonight." The jacket as a strange bit of clothing to wear with a dress like that, but if he's being honest, she pulls it off incredibly well. So it wasn't like he could complain about that at all. She could have showed up in jeans and a T-Shirt and he wouldn't have complained.

"You enjoying yourself tonight?"

"Thank you."

Enis didn't like going out without her jacket. It was the only sentimental item she had from home and she was overly determined to hold onto it. It felt safer with her than it did anywhere else. As if knowing his thoughts her fingers brushed over the tight skirt of her dress to smooth out the fabric.

"I am." Even though she wasn't playing. "I think games of chance are interesting."

"And why is that, exactly?" He sips his drink as he gazes over to her. He's trying very hard not to check out her curvy frame, because that would just be impolite. Especially with this being his business and all.

Enis turned her attention fully to Johnny as she continued. "Because you can attempt to calculate your chances but when it comes down to that final selection it's still a matter of probability." It was interesting to watch, even if Enis didn't play herself.

"Don't you think so?" As the owner he clearly had some interest in the casino.

"I think you overestimate how many people think and calculate their chances of winning." Not many people have a mind capable of working through all of that. Not many people even want to think about all of that.

"A lot of people come just to test their luck, to rely on a gut feeling that they are going to walk away with more than they came with."

"I don't think many do." She replied with a bit of a smirk. "It's technically cheating." Which was why she wasn't playing. It's not to say that she'd always win but she'd have a greater chance than most.

"I don't believe in luck."

"That is true." At least as far as card games went. Games like roulette or rolling dice couldn't truly be predicted.

"I suppose I should thank you for not trying to cheat my business out of money. As well as showing up and looking as good as you do." Johnny does indeed love eye candy.

"You're welcome. For both." She was rather skilled at being a fixture in a room. "I don't dress up often but this was a nice break." It was rare for her to relax and try something new but someone had told her to try and some small part of her mind decided to listen.

"Do you have a favorite game?"

"You should, especially if you always look so amazing." Though if he's being honest, she'd probably look quite amazing regardless of what she has on.

"Me? I've always been a fan of Roulette. One ball, one wheel, one spin." It's a simple game that is easy to lose at. Everything is basically out of your hands.

"If you were to play, what would you favorite game be?"

Enis had no idea how to take a compliment. More often than not, she assumed that people only complimented each other when they wanted something. She had no idea what Johnny might want or if he was being sincere.

"I can understand why you'd like that." It suited him, in a strange way. "My favorite is blackjack, for the exact opposite reason. It is simple but you have more of your fate in your own judgement." Enis didn't like leaving things up to fate when fate regularly sucked.

"Did you want to play something? I might not be fun company."

He's being sincere. Though that doesn't mean that he doesn't want anything from her. He'd very much like to take her home, though he has absolutely no way of gauging how interested she'd be in that.

"We can play something if you want. I guess it would be a good way of seeing how your own judgement we stack up to mine."

Enis's interest in things varies from day to day and sometimes hour to hour. She's been told that she needs to get out more but she has trouble spending a lot of time around people that she doesn't know.

She has no experiance with men and being in your late twenties with absolutely no experiance wasn't the sort of thing that came up in normal topics of conversation.

A small smile teased the edge of her lips. "That would be interesting." At least to see what sort of judgement Johnny had. He appeared to Enis to be more reckless than she might be.

Johnny couldn't deny that he was pretty reckless when he wanted to be. He learned how to control his ability to fly by jumping off of a building, so..being reckless is almost second nature to him.

"Alright then. How about a game of Poker. You vs me. I see a free table that we can use. Sound like your kind of fun?"

Enis had never had the chance to be reckless though she found the impulse to be an interesting feeling. It was like embarrassment or any other extreme emotion. Enis had no experiance with these emotions but she enjoyed feeling them.

Only, she didn't go out of her way to try.

A smile twitched at the corner of her lips. "Okay. I don't have much money to bet." She had plenty of money but she didn't have very much with her since she hadn't expected to be doing a lot of betting.

"You don't have to bet any money. It can just be a friendly game." He didn't want to take her cash himself, honestly. He is also running under the assumption that he is definitely going to win while playing against her.

"Unless you are in the mood for something more risque. We could always go to my office and place 'strip poker' unless that is too out of your comfort zone."

Enis's eyebrow raised as his suggestion. "Are you suggesting that because you think that you'll win or because you think that you'll lose?" Her tone was light but curious and amused. She wasn't particularly interested in exhibitions of nudity but it was an interesting proposition. Enis didn't care about money but she did care about stripping down, it brought a strange thrill to her fingertips, a feeling that she wanted to explore.

"Yes." She didn't think that she'd completely lose and they'd stop when one of them ran out of clothes. "Let's play. Are there any unique rules I should know about?" This will be her first time playing strip anything.

"Well, I don't think either case would really be that terrible for me." Either he gets naked in front of her or he gets her naked in front of him. It was a win win as far as he was concerned.

"Not at all. You lose a hand you lose some clothes. Pretty simple, right?" He says as he starts to lead her towards some stairs that would lead up to his office.

Enis released a soft, short huff of laughter. It's fleeting but light and a little uncharacteristic of her. She smiles but laughing was a little harder. It's one of those things that you had to remember how to do.

"It is. Lead the way." She followed close to his side, remembering the way in case she had to make a quick exit.

"Are you going to give me a handicap?" If not, then she'd cheat and use the computer chip in her head to play, if so, she might actually see how lucky she was.

"Do you need one?" He says as he walks along up to the office door and opens it up. He motions for her to step inside first and when she does, he follows.

"If so, I will let you choose what it is. Anything that you believe is fair."

"Maybe. Well have to wait and see." It was a game of chance as well as strategy. The strategy she could do, the luck.... not so much. "I've never considered myself very lucky and I don't think it's possible for me to borrow some of yours."

She followed him to the office door before stepping side. She didn't wander far but looked around the room with a curious glance. She wondered how many offices were back here.

He walks over to his desk and sits behind it. He reaches into one of the bottom drawers and pulls out a deck of cards and takes them out of the pack and starts to shuffle them.

"I think I will hang onto all of my luck." He wants to see her with far less clothes on, after all.

Her brow rose in a curious arc as she took the seat across from Johnny. Enis found him interesting and she had no reservations about nudity to be worried about.

"Perhaps I should steal some of your luck." As if such a thing were possible.

"Try to do so as much as you like. I think Fortuna isn't going to shy away from favoring me, though." He says before dealing out their hands.

[ooc: Feel free to time skip a bit to later. You can pick who has lost more/the state of how many clothes they each have on.]

Enis didn't talk about herself but there were a few things that Johnny would be able to pick up through the course of their game. The first was that Enis didn't give any signs of pressure. She smiled and smirked whether she was winning or loosing. Her ability to bluff was amazing. The second was that she had absolutely terrible luck and at most average skill at the game. She hadn't spent a lot of time playing cards before now and her strategies were a little erratic for their first few hands. The third thing was that she should have worn more clothing if she was going to play this game.

She had counted each shoe as its own article of clothing and was still stripped down to her underwear. It was black and nothing too spectacular.

Enis played her hand and through a rare chance she won. She looked over at Johnny and waited for him to remove another article of clothing. He was more dressed though Enis got a nice view of his chest. "What level of clothing are we playing too?" She had no idea when they stopped the game. She only had two articles of clothing left.

There was something thrilling about it, a reaction that she couldn't put into words. She hadn't decided if she liked the feeling or not but it was captivating in its own way. Something Enis hadn't experienced before.

Black, but still he enjoyed looking at it. Johnny didn’t know if he lost because she was just lucky or because..he was too busy staring at her. Regardless of how or why he lost, he was still going to hold up his end of the bargain. He stood up and removed his suit jacket, tossing it down on the nearby couch and then focusing on her once more.

He picks up the cards once more and starts to shuffle them again while preparing to deal out a new hand for each of them. “Well, I suppose that’s on you. I don’t mind playing until one of us our naked.” He says as he lets his eyes drift over her body in appreciation, because damn she has a nice one.

“I know I’m not going to be complaining if I strip you down to nothing.” In fact he’d be really happy to get her naked. He wasn’t certain if she would be comfortable at all with that or not, but it’s what Johnny is sort of hoping to do.

Enis looked down at the cards before flicking her bright blue eyes back up at Johnny. "Deal again." She spoke softly feeling the excited thrill twist like a currently through her arms. Her fingertips tingled lightly as she began to feel the excitement and stakes of the game.

The hand deals out and Enis wasn't planning to back down. She had a pair but it was too low to beat Johnny. "I loose this hand." She looked down at her underwear deciding which to lose first. She settles on her bra, reaching behind her to flick the clasp. She paused and looked back a Johnny.

"Or would you like to choose which one I lose?" There was a light smirk tugging at her lips. It felt strange. It wasn't uncomfortable but she could feel his eyes on her and was enjoying the moments leading up to the loss of clothing.

Johnny was sure that his chances of winning were pretty great right now. So whichever she went with didn’t matter too much at all. He thinks it over for a moment or two though before finally giving his answer.

“Your bra.” It would give him a nice visual as they played another hand, while her removing her bottoms wouldn’t afford him such a benefits.

It does look like I’m about to win, though. I hope you won’t feel too weird sitting in my office naked. I know I don’t feel weird about you sitting here like this at all.” Though he hadn’t thought he would end up playing a game like this at all today, he’s happy that things did turn out in such a way.

Enis's fingers flick and the elastic in her bra loosens. She drops the black fabric to the floor, not at all bothered that she's sitting topless in his office. Her skin begins to prickle from the cold of the room but otherwise she looks comfortable.

"Again?" She asked as she collects the cards in front of her.

She's never been particularly bashful about nudity. Throughout most of her life, being naked meant something clinical, and you eventually lose any sense of shame. "This is the first time I've played the game. How long am I suppose to sit naked." She holds out the cards to him. "I'm going to get cold if I sit too long." There was a soft smirk on Enis's lips as she spoke.

Despite what she had said, there was a strange thrill coursing through her. It was as if she could feel his eyes warming her skin, shooting bolts of electricity down her arm when his fingers brushed against hers.

He does take the time to look over her topless form, taking it in in all its glory. She certainly does have a nice body on her, there is no doubt about that.

"I can turn on the heat if you want. But I suppose you can put your clothes back on after I beat you. If you want to, that is." He could think of a few different things that they could do while she's like that. He takes the cards and shuffles them before dealing out a hand for each of them.

"Heat. Clothes. I'm sure I'll warm up one way or another." Her voice was the same as it had been before. Enis really didn't seem to be concerned about being naked.

"If I lose then the game is over. How long do I have to sit around without any underwear on?" He had to tell her the rules since this was her first time playing the game.

She took a peek at her cards. "I have a feeling that you're going to win this hand." Her cards sucked.

"Well, that's up to you. How long do you want to sit there without any clothes on?" His hand is actually pretty good, so he thinks his chance of winning is actually pretty good.

"I suppose if we did something else, it might not matter if you are naked or not.." He says as he places his cards down face down. "I'm fine with this hand."

Enis sorted through her cards before looking up at Johnny. "And what do you purpose we do?" She felt the pinprick of the cold air curl around her as goosebumps began to prickle down her arms and chest.

Vibrant blue eyes looked up at Johnny as she placed down her hand. "I'll hold." She turned over her cards. She had two 2's and an ace. Her other cards were a seven and a six. It was not a good hand.

"that depends on entirely what you are open to." He lays his cards out and shows his three kings, a 2 and a 7. It seems like a pretty solid hand to him and he didn't want to chance it by attempting to go for something better.

"I'm open to anything at this point." She'd already come pretty far. "It looks like I lose."

Enis rose to her feet and hooked her thumbs in the elastic of her underwear. She slowly pulled the garment down, feeling Johnny's eyes on her as she moved. Her expression was light with a small smirk playing across her lips.

Once fully naked she waits to see if he has any ideas he wants to vocalize.

"Well..if you are open to it. The two of us could have a little fun in here." She's definitely in the state of dress to help facilitate that.

"Nothing serious, though. You don't have anything against casually fooling around with a friend, do you?"

Enis has nothing against casual interactions though there was one question that lingered in the back of her mind. "Does that mean we're friends?"

She took a step towards him, her head tilting to the side curiously.

"Well, yeah? Don't you think we are?" Though friends don't usually sleep with each other. Sometime, however. Johnny is definitely fine with being that kind of friend with her.

"I suppose we can be." She has nothing against being his friend though Enis honestly has no idea what friendship entails. She hasn't had a real friend in a very long time.

Enis took a small step forward, her eyes brushing over his frame. "If we're going to do anything we have to be in the same state of dress." Or undress as it were.
