A - Friday 13th, Nova City
It was just a quick errand in Nova City to get a spare part for his malfunctioning blaster that kicked off Cassian's week from hell.
Here you could run into a very confused and upset Guardian on the way back to the archway. His shirt shredded by the huge black leathery wings that had sprouted from his back when the transformation hit him, a pair of large horns on his head. He wasn't a happy camper as his wings kept smacking into streetlamps or other people. His tail twitched and curled with his mounting displeasure.
Welcome to incubushood, Cassian.
B - Attleton, outside, all week, Imperial Attleton
Being Guardian, the town being held in the claws of fears come alive meant more time than usual spent outside for Cassian. Patrolling, helping people who were being attacked by their fears, keeping order as well as he could and ensuring ruthless individuals wouldn't take advantage of the chaos.
Over the course of the week all that time exposed to his fears would be taking its toll on him more and more, leaving him ever more skittish, more prone to snapping at people, just all around closer to the inevitable breakdown he'd successfully postponed ever since his arrival in Genessia. Yet one might take notice that he looked strangely healthy and rejuvenated all the same, like he'd just had a good meal and night's sleep.
Whenever he was outside during the week, within eyesight range of him Attleton would change. Sweet, cheerful Attleton turned into his own nightmare version of a town ruled by the Empire's iron fist - Stormtroopers patrolling the streets and dragging people in tan or orange Rebel uniforms away, the townspeople looking fearful and cowed, Imperial flags flying everywhere and the Emperor's speeches promising destruction to the rebel scum echoing from all around you, and as the week progressed, ever darker atrocities.
They would be hunting Cassian, too, and so his week of doing patrols would be interspersed with manhunts and firefights.
C - Attleton, outside, hauntings
If you were particularly lucky, or unlucky, you could get a glimpse at Cassian Andor facing more personal fears.
At one point during the week he would run into a darker version of himself, one who delighted in killing and mocked all he stood for.
At other points, he had to face his dead companions, accusing him for getting them killed and only using them.
D - Guardian's office
Inside the Guardian's office was a sanctuary, where he battled smaller problems. Namely, his new body features. Better be mindful of these wings, he kept getting stuck on doorways or banging his horns against things, and the pokemon caused a bit of mayhem chasing his tail. When they didn't fight over the new majestic perches at the very tips of his horns, that was.
E - Dreams
Cassian had little interest in sharing dreams with anyone but Kay, but accidents did happen over the course of the week, ending with him in other people's dreams.

Honeslty I need to hit all things so...| B - Attleton, outside, Saturday | CW: Violence
Kay lost count of how many times he has seen himself, the other KX droid, kill his lover by snapping his neck, gunning him down, stabbing him, throwing against walls like a ragdoll...the last encounter with his fear involved Cassian being killed in a particularly gruesome way, getting his chest stepped on by the other KX droid until his ribs cracked, puncturing his lungs. Blood gushed from Cassian's surprised open mouth, and he threw angry accusations at Kay, the real one, about how it was all his fault. Kay had tried to stop the other droid, had teared off his head in anger and watched as Cassian's body turned to ash and disappeared. It was all for nothing, if he stayed outside, it would happen again all over.
Sickened, he headed home, trying to move as quickly as he could. He had left Cassian alone for far too long as he went to get food, who knew what could be happening to him.
no subject
His wings keep moving as he paces by the door and in the end he just can't take it anymore. He makes a grab for his jacket - aborted, when he remembers the wings - and storms out of the house.
As soon as he steps over the threshold idyllic Attleton changes in front of his eyes, the neat little family homes turning into uniform buildings in Imperial style, flower beds disappear, and oh yes, there by the corner a patrol of Death Troopers in their black uniforms is already approaching.
He walks quickly in the direction of the Downtown Market, but not too quickly so as not to attract undue attention.
It's just around the first street corner that he comes to a sudden halt at the sight of Kay, his Kay, and another KX standing over a man... He gasps. No, standing on the man, his chest caved in, blood bubbling out of his mouth.
He looks into his own pained eyes. ]
no subject
When the other Cassian shows up, the real one, with his giant wings and matching giant horns, Kay is startled. He grips the bag he's holding with one hand tighter to his chest as he moves to stand in front of Cassian, trying to block him from the other KX droid.]
We should go, it's not safe.
no subject
[ He's still trying to look at the Cassian on the ground and the red-eyed droid, hard as it is with Kay standing between them. ]
Let me.
[ He steps to the side to get another good look.
His heart races. His knees feel wobbly.]
That's what you see? Always that?

D - Guardian's office | Monday afternoon
Things outside were just as bad as they had been from the first day but indoors they are able to take breaks from the Chaos. Relatively speaking.
Kay would be grinning if he had the capacity as he looks at Stardust trying to climb to the top of one of Cassian's horns (again). Cassian's long tail moves behind him and it takes a lot of Kay's willpower not to reach out and touch it. In the end, he gives into temptation and brushes the tip of his fingers over the pointy end.The other deputies are out, either helping people with their fears or already at home, so it isn't like they would be giving them a show.
no subject
He slowly turns his head to face Kay, his expression carefully blank. ]
Kay!
[ Expression blank. But his face is turning pink. ]
no subject
Yes? [He reaches out to run fingers down the tip of the tail again.]
no subject
He fakes a cough and goes back to the pretense of reading a report.
And yet at the same time his left wing fans out a little more so the edge of it is brushing against Kay's frame.]

E - Dreams | Their House, night, Friday.
[Kay says as he closes the door of their bedroom. He likes Gale, the man's trolling tendencies aside, but he wouldn't trust him further than he can throw him. And when it comes to Cassian's new body, he doesn't want to take risks.]
no subject
I don't know. He doesn't like me, but I don't think he would misinform me on purpose.
[ Oh. What the hell. He gets up and walks towards Kay, stopping right in front of him. He's not quite so tiny anymore compared to Kay now that the big horns curling on his head give him extra height and the wings broaden his stature. At the same time the wings dwarf him, and thus make him look even smaller.
His wings droop a little now. ] But I don't think he has the answers we need.
no subject
I'm not sure Gale likes anybody but himself. [OH hello, sudden boyfriend all up on his personal space. It's nice that Cassian is taller, even if it's an optical illusion.]
And? We made it this far without having the real answer for anything. [Kay reaches up an presses a hand against one of Cassians's horns.] We can find out the answers on our own.
no subject
All he permits himself is to let his eyes go half-lidded. His nostrils flare as he inhales long and deep. Focus, Cassian. ]
True. We can find our own answers. I just don't want to hurt you. I... [ He squeezes his eyes shut. ] You heard what Gale said. So you know. [ Another heartbeat. His belly feels like it flipflops. ] I'm hungry.

E - Dreams
So, this time, he didn't realize he was dreaming.
He's in a kitchen, grabbing stuff from a pantry and shelves, putting supplies on the counter. He's got a cookbook in front of him, but every time he looks in there, the ingredients he needs keep changing. In fact, he's not entirely sure what he's making -
Until Koromaru - somehow sitting on a chair at the kitchen table, barks twice, wagging his tail. ]
Right. Gotta make you a cake, Koro-chan.
[ But the oven keeps producing people food. He can't feed Koromaru a cupcake meant for humans! That'd get him sick! How does chocolate keep ending up in here?! Shinjiro pulls at his hair, frustrated.
The counters around him seem to accumulate more and more delicious baked goods as well as supplies to make more of them - but, try as he might, he can't actually get the recipe right for Koromaru.
The dog barks again, impatiently. ]
no subject
Cassian looks around, taking in the kitchen and the dog, and then he finally notices a familiar face standing by the oven and tearing out his hair.
His large black demon wings make an unusually loud rustling noise as he steps closer towards Shinjiro and peers at the latest batch of cupcakes. ]
What are you doing?
[ Yes, he's still kind of trying to be logical about his dreamwalking gig. Poor him. ]
no subject
But from the table, the shiba inu barks again, quite clearly saying - even if he wasn't talking in this particular dream, "I'm hungry!"
He pulls something from a drawer, and hands Cassian ... a white chef's apron. Matching the one Shinjiro is wearing. ]
I'm making Koro-chan some pupcakes.
So put this on.
D'you see where I put the peanut butter?
no subject
I don't know.
[ He tucks his wings close to his body, self-consciously. ]
I don't know what peanut butter is. Is it for dogs? I should feed it to Starky.
[ He rummages around, but the more he looks around the stranger the ingredients become, more and more from his home universe appearing. They also seem to be endless. ]
Do you think bantha jerky is almost the same thing?

Cassian! Uhm. Well. This is awkward.
[Standing up, the arcanine runs off to Nora's voice, and Jaune holds up a hand to walk through a tree-]
[-And comes back wearing a sparkly spandex suit.]
That's better. What did you wanna talk about?
no subject
I don't think this is better. [ He looks pointedly at the glittery spandex suit. ] Now you've gone and made it awkward.
[ He looks around and focuses on one spot of grass. A wooden pillar rises up and Cassian gives a little hop. Dream logic lets him soar over with grace he doesn't possess in the waking world, and perch on it like a black-winged cloud of rain. ]
no subject
Oh.]
I get it. [With a disappointed sigh, his spandex suit becomes a comfortable, light blue onesie with a bunny emblem on the chest and a hood that resembles gyarados. Running up the pillar because screw physics, Jaune stares at Cassian while perched on the side, before losing his balance, or suspension of disbelief, falling back on the ground.]
How many dreams have you walked in yet?

B - Attleton
So the young woman seemed to just be walking around, eyes glancing over at various things. "I wonder if this city was always like this. I wonder what the story is behind it." She is just simply going to keep an eye on the situation.
no subject
He cursed as a blaster bolt nearly took off his head and that's when he caught sight of Selina.
"Get out of here!" he barked as he fired back at the men in white armor.
no subject
So with her hands expended the stormtroopers might find themselves having snakes wrap slowly around their legs, creepily making their way up.
"I don't need to get out of here, but thank you."

A - Nova! Your choice if he recognizes him
And one day he will be able to snipe and fly and he will be an unstoppable force of natureHe almost misses Cassian - there are a lot of winged creatures around - but he knew that grumpy face anywhere. He chuckles when his wing whacks a trashcan on the sidewalk before landing surprisingly deftly a few feet in front of him, not wanting to give the man a complete heart attack. The only indication that it's Garrus is his blue paint across his face and his Mantis on his back, though it doesn't occur to him that Cassian might not put two and two together.]
This start when you came to Nova or is Attleton getting this curse now too?
[He grins crookedly - it's weird how much more expressive his face can be now - when he notices how much his wings dwarf him.]
Nice wings, by the way.
no subject
The succubus's wings first flare out - smashing against the fallen-over trashcan again and sending it rolling away, spilling garbage all the while - before he tucks them in close to his body. His tail with the pointy tip keeps lashing around behind him in agitation. Cassian makes for a comical sight with the large majestic horns and looming wings, which both give him an illusion of being taller and broader, while dwarfing his slim frame. ]
Just Nova.
[ He sizes up the gargoyle, there's something strangely familiar about him except... not. It's like an itch at the back of his mind. ]
Do I know you?
no subject
His mirth vanishes when Cassian doesn't recognize him. He stares blankly at the spy.]
You're joking, right?
[Seriously, he thought they were bros! How can you not recognize - Oh.]
Sorry, forgot about this [he raises an arm] for minute. It's Garrus.
