First Snap - [Video - Night time]

[He managed waking up fine, weird pod and all, and even stranger some information about his new place. He doesn't particularly care, he'd been in an 'anywhere but here' kind of situation. His wish is granted, but as he leaves the bay, there's a monster in front of him.]

Whoa! I come to a new place and there's monsters roaming around!

[The screen goes back, stuffed into a pocket most likely and the sound of gunshots, and a bit of a scuffle.

He appears on screen with a huge grin.]

Haha! Victory!

[He hums a fairly familiar tune, at that.]

Oh my gosh! Chocobos are the best birds ever!

[Oh dear, she's gotten him started.]

They're really big, like bigger than me. [He holds his hand above his head] Their feathers are soft and fluffy and they're really fast. You can ride them and race them and everything. They don't really fly, but they're really cute.

[He pauses and holds up his camera.]

I have pictures!

[He has so many pictures.]

So like really big flightless birds. Which makes sense when it comes to big birds.

[Though in her mind she is actually picturing ostriches because that sounds awful similar minus the whole riding on them and racing them.]

Would love to see the pictures because I might be thinking of something else.

I mean they jump and flap their wings, but yeah they're huge, and awesome!

[She wants to see his pictures. That's not so hard, is it? He flips through his phone but realizes it's slightly different - for one thing there's a distinct lack of King's Knight on the phone, and chocobo pictures. He'd have to show her on his camera.]

I- [He starts and smiles a little, looking uncomfortably as he tries not to stammer too much.] C-can show you. If you want. I mean. I can...

[He holds up his camera again. All he has to do is ask her to come and meet him so she can see the pictures. That's it. It's easy. Simple really.]

They're not on my phone.

[He just had to ask. There was nothing scary about a cute girl he hasn't met yet, but what if she's not really that interested and only being polite? That would be embarrassing. He opens his mouth and closes it again, shuffling nervously. What would Noct do? After all, Noct had no problem talking to women.]

I uh, y-yeah. I'll figure how to send it. From my camera!

[So close and yet so far.]

[Krista paused for a moment, the more she thought about it, the less likely it seemed that it would be what she thought it was.]

I can always come and see because not sure how you could transfer them from your camera or you can always come round mine, but since you live in Genessia, might be better if I make the trip since I know the city better.

[She wouldn't want someone to get lost for something like this.]

I don't know where I am.

[He confesses, sighing as though he should have known, although how that was possible is another matter.]

I guess if you c-can find me, then yeah I'll be happy to show you my pictures.

My guess will be Genessia out of all the cities unless you walked through an archway without thinking.

[But she couldn't guess anything more than that really.]

Might take a while without saying what you are around though.

I haven't seen any archways. I'm trying to get to this apartment building. It won't take that long, right?

[He offers a nervous little smile.]

It's pretty dangerous, maybe we should meet in the daylight.

Genessia Common's, right? I know where that is at least.

[She waved her hand slightly. To be honest, it wasn't that dangerous to her, she's used to having to fight.]

If that is what you want.

I don't want a monster to come up and hurt you, so yeah, let's meet in the daytime!

[It'll give her a chance to back out if she wants to.]

Doubt they would hurt me, until this whole thing is over I'd just fly over them anyway. Being a harpy has it's perks but it's not permanent.

What's a harpy?

[All the weird creatures he's seen and he doesn't know.]

Well, if y-you want, you can come and I'll show you pictures.

[He gives in, even though he's sure he's not going to give a good impression at the moment.]

Kind of part human, part bird if that helps.

I'll also be down for you showing pictures. Always a good fun time.

I made it to the Commons, so I'll wait here for you.

[And by here, he means outside, so she'll be able to hear gunfire as she approaches]

[God she hopes he won't accidentally shot her or something as she flew through the air. So just incase as she got closer she found herself landing and walking the rest of the way, attacking monsters left and right.]

Don't shoot. I am a friend, not a monster.

[That is honestly a good idea, because Prompto's on edge at the moment. He raises his gun and makes it disappear.]

Okay, gun's away!

[He's standing in the light and he looks like he's been pulled through the ringer and back, but he smiles anyway. He's hurt, but he's happily in denial and not dealing with it.]

You should get inside now, I mean they can't get in.

[She went to stand next to him, looking back for a moment.]

They shouldn't get too close at least,

Oh yeah, sure come in then!

[He didn't see any reason why this nice woman couldn't step inside with him where it was safer. He offers a warm smile, even though his arms are covered with bruises and there's a gash under the fringe of his hair that ran down his temple.]

They're not professional or anthing but, they are chocobos!

[She had looked back for a moment, there were monsters nearby but they wouldn't be able to get to them before they got inside. She was at least confident about that anyway.

The moment she stepped foot, she stretched.]

Don't have to be professional, I am just curious as to what chocobo's look like.

[He smiles and flips through the pictures on his camera for a moment, going back to some he took awhile ago and holds it out to her.]

[The first one was just a chocobo standing in a pen, eating greens. If she chooses to look at more pictures, and there are quite a few, there would be chocobos racing, chocobos preening, little babies toddling around and even a black baby chocobo.]

[Krista followed what he told her. Simple enough to do as she looked over the picture. She was interested as she didn't speak for at least a couple minutes while she looked through them.]

That is a lot of pictures of chocobo's. They look cute.

They're totally cute! [He can talk about chocobos all day]

There's this outpost we went to where he had all these chocobos and you could rent them and ride them...

So you rode one yourself?

[Might as well ask.]

[His eyes are just alight with delight and excitement.]

Mine was so pretty! [He flips through the pictures and settles on another one.]

So was yours the prettiest of them all?

[She paused for a moment thinking about the next words she wanted to say.]

I mean if it was like super fluffy I would get it.

It's so fluffy what do you mean?

[Gasp, she wouldn't be thinking bad things about chocobos would she? That would be awful! They're so majestic!]

I think so, she was amazing and really fast.
