[Video] Painfully awkward though
[Smoker speaks up.... never, but he hears just about... everything.]
Let's see, Embodied fears in Attleton, for anyone stupid enough to need the jump scare. [Smoker almost had a heart attack seeing Akainu and just backed right through the gate. NOPE. He'd like to warn off Portgas, but he knows if he says "Don't go there, Akainu is there," it will 1) make Ace WANT to go 2) result in the town being destroyed 3) Raise very pertinent questions about why Smoker is afraid of his boss. =\ So he's just going to say nothing directly, and keep an eye on the comms. Like a stalker.] Nova turns you into monsters, Fayren gives you free costumes, and Everglade is Whole Cake Island without the Big Mam pirate family.
Which leaves monsters in Genessia.
[Turns his camera to show the chaos behind him.]
[You might wonder why he's relaxing drinking a beer and having food at five in the morning, but a man's gotta eat sometime.]
I guess that means now's a good time to advertise. [Whut.]
So I got this bike shop in Genessia, on Sycamore. Sycamore Cycles. Outrun zombies and [Another street view pan of monsters.] and whatever and go up the side of buildings if you're strong enough. Sand, water, blah blah... whatever.
I need a sales counter rep so I don't have to do this. [Facepalms. And yeah, no, that's it. That's all. No name, no pricing, almost no point. Good job Smoker.]

[Video] - Late that same evening
Are you serious about a motorcycle that can run up the sides of buildings? And water?
[Because she was considering going back into her own world to fetch Bumblebee, but that's a one-time shot, and she'd be furious if it got chopped in half like her previous motorcycle.]
One, do you accept payment plans? Two...got anything in yellow?
[Video] - Late that same evening
Not on hand but that's easy enough to decal. [Hand gesture.] Make. Paint.
[Video]
[And she has a strong suspicion that he's the only one who would know how to do anything like that.]
How sturdy are they? Can they take a hit?
[Video]
[Video]
[And she's very much interested.]
How much for a bike and an introductory lesson? I don't mind doing the decal myself, but if that's your thing, go for it.
[Video]
[Waves a hand about the decals.] Nah, my kid was better than that, so I'll just charge you supplies and you can do it yourself after the lesson at the garage.
[Rubs his chin.]
[Then pinches the bridge between his eyes.] How soon do you want it though? Because all that would be a week normally. But I might be able to just custom-mod some things I already have for your weight and build.
You want the kind that can scale buildings in Nova?
[Video]
[It's starting to sound like a pretty good deal, and she can definitely justify splurging as a work expense since she knows this will be a big help against bounties who have wings or jet packs.]
You can take as much time as you need, my feet still get me where I need to go for now. Just finished a bounty run, so I'm good for a while until the next one pops up.
[Hell, if no one else goes for it, she might even pursue the ice mage in Fayren.]
Name's Yang, by the way.
[Video]
[Nods.] All right, good. So you're not in desperate need to escape monsters, I take it. [Even knowing most of the people kidnapped to this place tend to be fighters, he worries, okay.]
[Video]
[She grins, making a fist with her robotic right arm. This guy looks tired, though. Hopefully he's not running himself into the ground trying to manage a business, fight monsters, and still find time to eat and sleep.]
You know, there's no rush. I can come back after the monster situation dies down, since the last thing I want is to wear you out taking care of my motorcycle needs.
[Video]
[And he just snorts.]
Only reason I've felt the need to actually speak up in... [... ERM WHEN WAS THE LAST TIME HE TALKED TO PEOPLE?]
[Ewwwww talking.] Months.
[Waves a hand.] If I had a jail to put them in, I'd probably never stop.
[He... might be enjoying running down monsters too much >>;]
[Video]
As long as you're okay with it? I'm okay with it.
[She punches her fists together with a cocky grin. No idea why he'd want to store monsters in a jail, but eh, to each their own.]
See you later, then!
video;
Those sound like interesting bikes. Different than normal bikes.
video;
They're motorcycles. My own is technically a tricycle not a bike, but "Billower Trike" just sounds extra fucking dumb.
video;
[It was an assumption for the most part.]
video;
[Might wonder why he prefers bike for even a three-wheeled motorcycle then, but he's not forthcoming.]
video;
[video]
Yeah but even the monsters are boring. I was all excited for the first, oh, three-four nights. But it's the same thing over and over again. They can't get into buildings even if you leave the damn door open, what's the fun in that?
[do not ask about him trying to lure monsters inside to scare people]
Re: [video]

[never mind that his house is not in Genessia...and isn't exactly a house...
Details.]
It stops being fun after a point and starts just being a chore. I dunno how you justice types do it day in and day out for your whole lives.
no subject
I find it fun.
[... No, it's true though.]
no subject
Weirdo.
[pot, kettle, black]
Maybe I oughta lead a bunch to your motorcycle shop and let you dispense your justice on 'em, then.
Video
I've seen the shop but I haven't stopped inside. Not looking to outrun zombies but if the bikes are as good as you say then I'd like to take a look.
[She isn't that picky but having a versatile bike would be fantastic. So far, all of the bikes that Enis has owned has been stolen.]
I'll need more information.
[You know, like a name and a price.]
Video
What do you need to know?
[He's the best at social interactions. CLEARLY.]
Video
[She paused and raised an eyebrow.]
Are you new at this?
Video
[Motorcycles he's good at. PEOPLE THOUGH...]
The price is dependent on the modifications, decals, and how quickly you want it done. There's a list at the shop. Open 10 to 5. Until 10pm you can still usually catch me at the garage if it's an emergency and in need of repairs. Like I said, speed of delivery will cost you.
Lead time? [He doesn't race his bikes, he uses his like a freaking tank for arresting pirates so....]
Video
Lead time is a business term that means: how fast can you have a bike built for me? It's a vernacular that might not exist here. [It's generally used in commercial applications.
She waves a hand as if to signal that it isn't important.]
I'll stop by then. I need a bike. If you can make one that can ride on surfaces besides streets that might be helpful. I'm not in a rush. Let me know what you specifically need from me or if you'd rather I stop in sometime.
