text - PSA from Attleton Guardian's office
The effect on Attleton has faded. The town is safe to return for all who have evacuated, life is starting to return to normal.
An announcement regarding the October projects which had to be rescheduled will follow once normal conditions have been restored, at which point the Guardian's office will also hear your concerns.

And no, it will not be an attempt to impress the inflated peacock, because while there is always room for improvement, she wouldn't know improvement if it bit her face off.
[Whatever Cassian won't say out loud about Winter, Qubine likely will. He'll keep a professional demeanor on when addressing the public, but as far as device communications go, anything goes.]

I wish you good luck. Whoever wins the election, I hope they'll last the full term. The three of you are picking up the slack admirably, but it's a terrible situation that this is the second time in a row that Fayren's Guardian disappears during the term.
At least Blaze wasn't taken from us until the election was well underway, the day after he left I was informed that I'd won the election by default and started to prepare.
I see you aren't a fan of Captain Schnee.
[ He may not go around calling her a peacock, but he sure knows who they're talking about. ]
Seems like this is Fayren's other challenge - your town tends towards loudly opinionated protectors.
[ First Mewtwo clashing with Yukiko, now Winter clashing with the Guardian's office. It's nothing Cassian would tolerate from the Neighborhood Watch, for sure, but then he doesn't fully understand the hierarchy in Fayren, maybe it's more complicated there. ]

[He frowns at the mention of "Captain Schnee." She's earned enough of his ire that he won't even call her by her name, at least not until she manages to redeem herself.]
Certainly not. It isn't often that someone leaves this bad of an impression on me, aside from trying to harm me or my clan.
[And if the captain hasn't redeemed herself and Qubine happens to win, then he'll definitely have a plan to keep the peace.]

I hope you'll be able to able to establish a professional working relationship. I will try my best, but it won't be easy after the first impression. I guess I should consider myself fortunate that I'm used to working with and for worse commanders during my undercover work with the Empire.
I know it's outside our control when we leave and I don't hold it against the past Guardians, but the situation remains unfortunate for those left behind. I believe we should all take provisions in case we are forced to abandon our post.

I'll figure something out, I'm sure...
[His methods may not be standard for humans, but he'll have to come up with something that isn't too extreme by human standards.]
That is true. That's one reason why we have Deputies. If I happen to win, I can divide the Guardian's pay among the deputies and for other expenses, since I have no need for the money myself.

It's good that you're already thinking of budget manners. Being Guardian is more difficult if you aren't wealthy and can use your own funds to bolster up the allotted budget, but here in Attleton we have found our path. I'm proud of my team which is willing to work harder for less pay, and the generous support of our citizens.

Well...I'll keep that in mind then.

Do that. I look forward to your campaign.
It's disturbing that it's almost time for elections again. These months passed so quickly.
