Welcome to the Festival of Amore!
A wonderful festival dedicated to celebrating love of the romantic nature.



The whole park is decorated in the traditional colors of Valentine's Day, red, white, and various shades of pink. Hearts are the theme and though you won't be turned away, those without a partner to spend the evening with may get a few strange looks or start to feel rather lonely.

Festival Games
There are a number of activities to partake in, including festival games, the most popular of which seems to be the Super Ball Scooping, in which hundreds of balls float around in a pool of water, secretly marked with prizes- mostly goldfish, though there is one hidden that has a special romantic getaway to win! The challenge is that you must use a paper net, so the balls will often break as you try to get them into your bowl. Additionally, the balls are stirred up after each play of three scoops. Other traditional festival games like dart tossing, wack-a-mole, ring toss, and more. However, there is one challenge that you should be aware of for all games. You and your partner must do them together! This means two hands on the ring when you toss it! Hold the paper net steadily together! Good luck!

Food Stalls and the Chocolate Fondue Stream
There are a variety of foods from around the world available at the festival, most of which seem to have some kind of love-related theme to them. Spaghetti for two a la Lady and the Tramp, heart-shaped pizzas, pink french macarons, hearty waffles on a stick, romantic eggs in a basket, Shrimp skewers, and more.

Running through the inner circle of the food stall areas is a small stream raised above the ground with candy and fruit decorations lining it to hide the metal fondue heater that keeps the chocolate within the body of the stream warm and flowing. There are large bins of fruits like strawberries, bananas, rice krispy treat bites, and other fun things to dip in the chocolate river. It's very cute, and very chocolatey.

Paddle Boats
The large pond in the middle of the park has a number of paddle boat swans available for you and your partner to go through a tunnel of love, or simply enjoy the water and get some alone time away from the rest of the party for a good cuddle.

Live Entertainment: Eli Ayase and Nico Yazawa!
The live entertainment will be provided by celebrity idol Nico Yazawa and Eli Ayase tonight! Put your hands together for a special performance filled with their L-O-V-E for everyone! ♥ ♥ ♥ They've got a wonderful set prepared!

Feel free to enjoy the concert either by standing up close or putting down a blanket for you and your bae. Blankets are available for purchase if you forgot yours!

Fortune Telling
Love fortune telling, of course! Find out your romance's future from famed fortune teller Geneva Godiva! She won't give any truly negative fortunes of course, it's a positive occasion, so if your outlook is bleak she might try to phrase it more positively or offer advice to turn things toward the positive. Feel free to pick your own fortune- be it anything from "You might want to see a couples counselor to make it through a rough patch, darlings" or "I see triplets!" or just "Wowie, I can see clearly now- your rain is gone! Looking good for this next year, sweetie pies!" Enjoy and have fun, the accuracy of the reading is up to you, but she won't tell you that a relationship is going to sink at any point. She'll use crystal ball, tarot, whichever- but not seance or anything. It's happy lovey-dovey fortune telling!

End of the Night
The festival itself was timed with the arrival of Genessia's firefly season. The first night of fireflies rising coincides with Valentine's Day this year, so if you stay until the end of the festival, you'll be able to see the fields light up with little glowing bugs. It's a romantic sight, best seen with your partner.

Festival Games

Even though the gems on the small vampire's wings kept shifting between cyan and tan, Flandre still wanders about the festival. The games keep her interest even if she can't play herself. Watching others working together to varying degrees of success have her entertained. Any silly failures gets a giggle and sometimes a word of advice and wins getting cheering.

Although the fact she can't play just makes those colors on her wings slightly brighter, a frown crossing her face as she weaves in and out of the crowd.

Chocolate Fondue Stream

This is where those colors add orange to the mix! Flandre is off to the side with a mixture of items to dip into the fondue. It's highly likely she's got too much for just herself because what is portions with normal food.

She's giggling and snacking away, looking to the sky above in quiet contemplation.

And who else is around but Remilia? She hadn't expected to find Flandre here, though, as mostof her time was being taken up by Satori and their date...

"I wasn't expecting to find you here."

"Oh!"

Flandre turns, chocolate covering her fingers and around her mouth. She looks slightly guilty as her wing gems shift from orange to pale pink. Probably a good sign she's eaten more then probably is needed. Sugar crash will happen at some point.

"I got bored Remi....and figured why not look around. I'm not causing trouble. Promise!"

"Nothing's on fire... at least. But what have I told you about eating like a proper lady? You've made a mess of yourself!"

Before that happens, she kind of wants to get Flandre cleaned up a little if it means having to carry her around.

"They didn't have any sticks I could find so I just did what I could. At least I didn't get it on my clothes!"

She seems proud about that at least.

"Besides, You are here with someone right? I'll be okay."

"Not yet, you havn't."

Well... as for her date, she wasn't far... and her wings go a bit pinker.

"...Yes. Satori, if you must know."

"I won't Remi. I got this!"

For now. But then you get to see Flandre get the typical little sister teasing smile.

"Then you should be paying attention to her! I mean if she's going to be your girlfriend then it's important!"

"A-ah!? I will, just... go find Koishi or something!" And that got Remi turning red... and her wings the pale pink of embarrassment.

That gets Flandre laughing and falling into her familiar role as little sister. Forgetting about anything else and slightly avoiding the Koishi bit. She's kinda given up on romance due to her mindset, how she looks and more.

"See? You are blushing Remi, it must mean you really, really like her. Don't let her go then."

"...I won't." Flandre has really got that right...

"Good. I won't let you hear the end of it if you don't."

A bright smile for the moment.

"Go and be with her. I'll be fine alone. I don't wanna ruin your date."

And hopefully she won't just crash out sooner rather then later.

"Yes, fine... I expect you'd get underfoot of us." She gives her sister a quick hug.

Festival Games

[Ted very much wanted to come here with a partner, but felt it would be too sensible ordinary to just call or ask. Clearly, fate will pick one for him. All he has to do is show up, right?

He's at the ring toss game, getting a feel for its ways. Accuracy has never been his strong suit, but it looks fun all the same. Time to spy with his amorous eye who else might be in similar straits. It's...

Flandre? That...could be interesting. It'd certainly annoy her sister, but what she doesn't know won't hurt her! Or maybe it would, but that'd be funny too. His own potential pains received no thought. Nothing ventured! He walked up to her, his cheeks an eager light green.]

Hello! Ms. Flandre, correct? Would you like to be my Valentine?

[He doesn't waste time. Sometimes.]

I wantted to get to this for so long now. Dangit work

[If Flandre expected to be approached at all, it showed in her surprise.]

Oh, Hello! I am but..are you sure you want me? If you insist though, I won't say no.

[Because why not. Remilia has a date and not wanting to intrude.]

[Does he want her? The thought briefly occurs that if she's related to Remilia, she's just as wicked and it'd be more appropriate to slit her throat than take her hand.

But that's a judgment he can't justify just yet, so he'll give benefit of the doubt. He offers his hand.]

I think so, though if you're no good at games I'll have to divorce you. Let's see how we fare at this fair, eh?

[If she is worried or anything, it doesn't show as a bright and innocent smile crosses her face. Joining forces and hanging out with someone she is fairly curious about banishes anything sad in her mind.

Although the comment gets her to giggle as she very, very carefully takes that offered hand.]

I doubt anyone would think opposed to that in this case. Being bad at games is unforgivable.

[It's in a joking tone as she soon glances about at the stalls.]

Where do you want to start? Something easyish or more of a challenge?

[Any doubts he had about her were soon effaced; a girl with a sense of humor is a load off his mind.]

A commonality already! Well, let's start with the nearest, then proceed through all till we've reached the farthest. That will accommodate fortune to us best, I believe. Come on; I think the ring toss is that way.

[His appetite to do everything, or near enough, the day had to offer is earnest. The first game, then, had to do with landing hoops on cones, each couple using their hands in tandem for the purpose. He suggests hers to start with his for a guide.]

[It takes her a moment to respond other then a smile for a moment. She's trying to figure out exactly hot much she can do without over doing the throw or under tossing.]

[Flandre takes hold of the ring and patiently waits, remembering that it had to be done together, which is why she gave the warning.]
