HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOON RABBIT!
WHO: Usagi Tsukino, Minako Aino, Raye Hino and pretty much everyone here except Lucifer because Minako says so.
WHAT: Usagi's surprise 17th Birthday party.
WHEN: June 30th
WHERE: Minako and Usagi's place
NOTES: There will be sections for people to tag into like dance floor, food table things like that.
[Everything was set and Minako was rather proud of herself, especially since she planned it all and managed to get everything. This was her friend after all and her princess so only the best for her 17th. Except alcohol because she's still too young.
Now all that was left was to wait for the birthday girl to come back from the ice cream place.]

[Raye takes a deep breath. She's such a troll.]
