[Video, no name attached oops, cw: body horror]
[(Playing in the background the whole time.) Well, there's a moment of some kind of color flitting around before the screen is stabilizing on what seems to be a large stage with a large and colorful raffle wheel with a few different symbols on it with two large lights focused on it. On the walls are various color changing light panels and what appears to be some poor man lying on his back in front of the wheel, he's breathing but it seems shallow.
A small giggle is heard from behind the camera before it moves to inspect the man, who is very clearly missing an eye though there's oddly nothing to show it was pulled out, just an empty spot of slightly indented skin there as if he was born without that ever forming. There's also an arm and a foot missing with the same odd features as well.
Once again there's a sound, though it's a voice. Very clearly modulated via a machine or magic to switch pitches between low and high, though clearly feminine if nothing else.]
Goodness! It's been a while since I've had anyone play along like this, it's been rather fun! Don't you think, darling?~
[The man merely groans and utters something under his breath which can't be anything good, a black smoke coming from his lips and heading for the ceiling for those that can see magic or supernatural things.]
Oh come on now, I don't think it was that bad. You didn't even spin a skull, that's better than what I've seen! And you've come so far now, if you keep going for another round or two you'll be free and I know that's what you want.
[But the camera is moving again and is floating given it's moving up and down just barely to show the person who's been spoken, or... less person and more of a skeleton with red eyes (or something to that type) that is clad in a clearly worn and frayed black cloak that is pulled over the head.]
Don't you think so, friends? Mind you this one here, weeeeell, he's not a good person. And just throwing them in jail wouldn't do anyone any good but here he'll be of use and learn his lesson, hopefully! Which, speaking of, I wonder how many of you will try and find me to free this "poor idiot man". [Those are absolutely her using air quotes] from such a thing? I'm doing nothing illegal here, darlings, I have all my paperwork and promises in order, after all!
I wonder what he'll roll next~ [With that she's switching the video feed off with another giggle.]
(Predictably Lydia is in Wonderland which is in the Everglade forest. Feel free to try and find her or contact me if you want your character to try since she has a few traps in the forest and on the building to actually find it, after all.)

[Takes a nerd to know a nerd.]
Big building. Middle of nowhere. It's like a villain's checklist.
If it was supposed to be vacant, it would be three for three.
Also there's a dinosaur. That's quite a sight to see. He had his own tiny pokemon, so he's not ignorant of them but he's never seen one wandering around a building, big enough to try and step on him.
It doesn't look hostile, being that it's eating leaves. Probably a vegetarian. That's good news for him.
Peter abandons webslinging and starts walking as softly as he can in his leotard.]
[Boooo]
Too bad for him that there's immediately a loud popping and fireworks noise, which seems to be from magic of all things which gets the Pokemon's attention, his head moving out of the tree and looking for the source of the noise. Hopefully Peter is used to cold because the air is going colder than it ought to, but nothing to cause frostbite yet. The sails on the creature's head are puffed out, head held high to try and look more intimidating.
Best do something quick, there's no visible door on this building right now, either.]
[:)]
It does start to get cold and he doesn't want to run, because there's a good chance he'll spook the dinosaur further.]
Karen, put the heat on?
[It's a high tech suit, a bit of cold wind isn't going to be enough to count Peter down and out. He crouches down and keeps as still as he can. Maybe he won't be noticed. It would be a good plan. He'd hate to have to fight a dinosaur, but just in case, he's planning how to do it.
As if that's something that happens every day.]
no subject
Yep. The cold is coming from this creature, clearly.]
no subject
It lowers his head, and irrationally he thinks it might eat him.
Wait. No. It's probably a vegetarian.
Well that was a ridiculous thought and Peter breathes a few times. He holds up his hands as a sign of surrender, see? No harm here.]
Hey...[Gestures.] Giant dinosaur thing...look there's some yummy leaves over there. Mmm. Just like a salad.
no subject
What the hell did it see? Probably whatever is lurking off in the nearby shadows.]
no subject
Peter relaxes a little and stands up again, but he gets a feeling like something is nearby.
Spidey senses after all. He turns in the direction he feels it coming from and looks.]
no subject
Of course what's coming out of the shadows is a pale slender elf with short white/silver hair who's just clearing his throat and wearing a nice outfit of white, silver, and lavender. It's actually her bastard of a Zoroark, but details.]
I don't think you were on the list of those showing up for the game show today. I don't know if there's any places open in the audience anymore~
no subject
[He puts his hands on his hips, looking at the guard. Complicit, if nothing else.]
Are you going to come let me tie you up properly? I think you have a date with the police force.
no subject
Not sure what you're talking about? We haven't started the shows for the day and my sister is fixing her makeup inside.
We've done nothing but put on little performances here and there, right now it's just been different kinds of gameshows. Wonderland is just that, a place for wonderment, nothing more or less.
no subject
Really. So what kind of game shows then?
[He can play the game.]
no subject
[He's doing a damn good job of remaining chill.]
no subject
[He's smiling behind the mask, but it's not a pleasant one.]
I mean, you did say that you had nothing to do with what's going on, didn't you?
This looks like the perfect place for some hidden criminal operation. You don't mind if I have a look around right?
no subject
I mean, go ahead. We have nothing to hide here so feel free to look around. [Besides, the internal composition of this place is mostly illusion based to begin with.]
