[A pair of pale yellow eyes and messy white hair appear on the screen as Seth positions the camera. He doesn't do a lot of these things but he feels like he should say something competent. This video might not have the desired end result but he's trying.]

Hey, my names Seth Rim and I'm one of the two co-guardian's of Everglade. [He's kind of weirded out about that but he's moving past it.] I just want to assure everyone that we're doing what we can to keep things safe and running smoothly. We have patrols set and anyone is welcome to volunteer and help out.

I had an idea with all the vampire things lately and since it's a point in Everglade I'd like Torchwood or whoever to contact me. [He isn't sure if his idea will work so he doesn't mention the specifics.] If anyone needs help please feel free to contact the Guardian office.

As a PSA - I patrol Everglade often, on my off hours too, and don't mind getting a call to those who need help or an escort.

Greetings young Seth! I am All Might, a hero from another world. I have been working the streets during these trying times and would like to formally set up a licence for operating in the cities. I am in the middle of contacting all the guardian groups.

Due to the nature of my powers, I will be available for a set period of time. Most of that time is spent helping the little folk with whatever they need to do, including stopping a few crimes.

I would formally like to say that I would like to work with the staff further, but due to my position I cannot formally join a guardian task force. I hope you understand.

Hi. I don't mind you helping out, however I ask that you do so within the law. [He's fine with people helping but he can't have people breaking laws in order to keep laws, that's stupid and makes no sense.]

Otherwise, please let me the guardian office know what you're doing so that we don't double out efforts. [There are many reasons for this, but the main one is that the guardian office will be held accountable for everything that this stranger does.] If you are unsure if something is within the law please ask first.

I hate to be harsh but you will have to do better than what you have done so far. As you can witness on the network these days, Everglade has caused a spiraling situation in which people feel encouraged to commit crimes in open daylight on the network. I'm not saying it hasn't happened before. But it hasn't happened in a climate in which criminals have been given reason to believe that Guardians will tolerate or support it.

Everglade has opened these floodgates and we are all suffering for it.

It isn't exactly harsh to tell me the truth. I honestly prefer it anyway. As for doing better, I have some ideas but Everglade needs to be calmed first. I have no plans to support darkness of any kind.

Thanks. We'll need the hep to get things settled. A lot has happened and without the support I'm worried that those who enjoy the chaos in Everglade will take advantage. I've been running patrols but I can't as much with the guardian office in disarray.

I remember hearing that you're looking for alternative food sources for vampires and other species?

There are a large number of them native to Everglade with no way to get food. If I set up a location and a form of funding, would you be willing to take some of your research there? I want to give people an option that doesn't involve attacking innocent people and lift the stupid law that says that monsters are allowed to hunt at night.

Giving them a way to eat seems like the best start.
