[A pair of pale yellow eyes and messy white hair appear on the screen as Seth positions the camera. He doesn't do a lot of these things but he feels like he should say something competent. This video might not have the desired end result but he's trying.]

Hey, my names Seth Rim and I'm one of the two co-guardian's of Everglade. [He's kind of weirded out about that but he's moving past it.] I just want to assure everyone that we're doing what we can to keep things safe and running smoothly. We have patrols set and anyone is welcome to volunteer and help out.

I had an idea with all the vampire things lately and since it's a point in Everglade I'd like Torchwood or whoever to contact me. [He isn't sure if his idea will work so he doesn't mention the specifics.] If anyone needs help please feel free to contact the Guardian office.

As a PSA - I patrol Everglade often, on my off hours too, and don't mind getting a call to those who need help or an escort.

[His lips twitch when the stranger calls him young. Seth's over 1000 years old though he doesn't look like he's much older than his twenties.]

Hi. I don't mind you helping out, however I ask that you do so within the law. [He's fine with people helping but he can't have people breaking laws in order to keep laws, that's stupid and makes no sense.]

Otherwise, please let me the guardian office know what you're doing so that we don't double out efforts. [There are many reasons for this, but the main one is that the guardian office will be held accountable for everything that this stranger does.] If you are unsure if something is within the law please ask first.

Of course! If you wish, I will submit a resume that I have prepared, so you are aware of my abilities. It would be nice to be able to be on even terms. [Isn't he thoughtful, and that smile is wide and guileless as he nods.]

Of course, I will continue my efforts. I tend to assist those with small jobs and keeping to petty crime. I've worked with the police force on an international level back home. Please notify me of any changes to policies.

Sounds good. I don't command the police force, that's the locals so you should contact them as well. I'll send them a memo to let them know that you're given permissions within the restrains of the laws.

Otherwise we're happy to have the help. Right now Everglade is different because it has other races who need to feed on people in order to survive. I'm trying to set up alternatives but it leaves too many gray areas. Please try to restrain peacefully and get the guardian office or the police involved after people are apprehended.

[Seth sounds tired.]

I've already sent memos to the police forces of each town. I should be getting an answer shortly. So far, they've received my efforts with minimal fuss.

Of course, if you need me, I will be willing to help. Only temporarily, I have other duties I must attend to on a regular basis.

That's fine though. If you allow me a chance to look at the common races in Everglade, please let me know. I would like a chance to figure out a measured response to aggressive behavior. I'm uncommonly strong and durable, but even I'm not invincible.

I've had long experience working with the official police force. Heroes are civil servants back home, paid for their time and hard work at keeping the peace, even if it doesn't pay all the bills. Which is why I retired and become a teacher.

[He nodded, listing them down.] How strong are they commonly? I wouldn't want to use my abilities at more than five percent I'd imagine. I can up patrols on my off days, I have a secret identity after all; I can't be neglecting my civilian life.

Well then, I will be patrolling this afternoon. If you'd like civilians out of a zone I can certainly help with that for a short while.

I just need another set of eyes out there right now. If it's after dark please escort people to their homes. It isn't safe being out at dark right now.

[Seth is hoping to change that.]
