Good day to you all! My name is All Might, a hero from another land.

In troubling times like these, I would like to formally extend a thank you for your hard work. Also, if you have witnessed before, I am capable of many feats of power and strength, and I spend my spare time doing charity and community work.

Thus being said, I am asking you all, collectively, to operate in your cities to continue to do what I have been doing; aiding the needy with their tasks. It can be as mundane as working the traffic to helping children get home safely.

Do not worry about my well being, I have a team looking after me. All I ask is your leave in order to operate freely as a professional community service worker who stops crimes.

Thank you, that's most kind. I've spoken with Guardian Seth, and I contacted Guardian Hikaru recently. Guardian Seth and I have come to an agreement, I just need to ensure Guardian Hikaru received my message as well.

Am I to assume that Guardian Grell has left you in charge?

Ah I see. Still, it is good to meet every single Guardian on a personal basis so that I may discuss operating in their city.

Well, first, I'd like to say that I have something of a time limit. I tend to limit my operations to about 3 hours or so a day.

That way, I won't be doing too much and running into operations for you and your fellow Guardians.

A time limit? Why is that? [ Obviously Remilia herself is more effective at night, but she's never had to deal with time limit like that.
Aside from rain forcing her to stay indoors... but that was before she gained a magical artefact to not be affected by running water.

An old injury has weakened my state. I can still fight and do community work, but only in a shortened amount of time.

[He ordered his own tea, a nice robust white tea.]

To be frank, the reason why I can still operate here is because I've been seeking medical help from magic users.

How fortunate that all sorts of people can help. As a vampire running water can... interfere, and rain counts as running water. I'm able to work in such weather thanks to a magical artefact.

In my world, I have to rely on medical science. It's an unfortunate state of affairs but it has caused me to retire early. I still teach on a regular basis, but hero work is something that is relegated to part time.

[he sighed a little before shaking his head.] On the upside, it could be a whole lot worse. I used to vomit blood regularly.

Still, I must say, mortals have a way of surprising even a vampire like myself, who has lived for half a millennium.

I'm sure you've noticed, but mortals can be extremely resilient when we need to be.

A certain young shrine maiden comes to mind. She is rather lazy for a shrine maiden, but when roused... she is truly formidable.

Interesting. But yes, I've been getting treatment for my injury and so far, I've been rather good as a result. I could even start easing back into active duty.
