[That was one heck of a wake-up, and also a whole lot of information given about what happened and just where he was. It was helpful, really! No doubt about that, someone had worked hard to make sure those who found themselves here knew what was up.

Did not at all make a whole lot of sense, but there were weirder thing out there. Probably.

All the more reason Lucio was exploring, making sure his gear was secure and allowed him to skate along sidewalks—] Yo-whoa-hey!

[Along with the sides of buildings when there was something weirder going on in the streets, leaping along and clearing himself on out of the way. Possibly clear over a few heads before touching back down on the sidewalk.]

Sorry! Gotta try and be more careful. [Didn't knock the cheer out of his voice even a little bit.

Was easy to catch sight of him in Genessia City, getting a feel for the place and the people around. A steady beat emanating from the "backpack" he was wearing that fed into the odd headphones he seemed to be wearing. Not loud enough to be an annoyance, but it was clearly music.]

[That is one cheery greeting from this young man. He still had some of his music playing, but it was turned down lower so he could easily be heard and hear anyone in turn. Just some nice background music if you asked him.]

This is one crazy place, isn't it? Still, folks here have all seemed to pull together even with all the stuff happening and everything.

[But, maybe cutting a little to the chase after spending so much time skating around and exploring...]

Since I'm new and all, figure I could ask for a little extra help. Good places to grab a meal? Fast food or not, easy to work up an appetite after taking a lot of this stuff in. Since some of y'all have been here for a while, figured you'd be the best to ask.

Mhm; he's a man of some means when it comes to technology, so if you've still got the blueprints or designs in your mind, he could probably reproduce them exactly.

Well, I can use one of them to heal folks. Can't really save someone from a grave injury, but I could keep them stable long enough to get t someone who could. [It helped.] Can also boost the speed of someone's movement, or just create a sort of soundwave to knock anyone on the other end of it back.

Of course that's only when it's paired with my tech.

[Being a somewhat covetous soul, Ted considers how that might be of use to his (he promises) anti heroic enterprises.]

Huh! And it's all achieved aurally? Must be profound technology if so. Doubtless The Doctor will be all the more interested for that.

I don't think he'd be doing anything, personally, unless you gave permission. He's very generous, in his way, and likes to indulge when he can. Would you like a referral? A musician so marvelous is bound to fascinate him.

The tech I use makes the sound sorta... tangible? Since it can even turn into temporary shielding. Very temporary but enough it could save a life. Can feel those healing beats and all.

Works more on people or omnics than it does on things, gotta say. Just gives that needed edge of speed and all.

Well, naturally. I wouldn't expect travelators to have much of an ear for music. But have you never ran down one the very direction it headed, and gone all the faster for it? Combine that with those breakneck beats, why...

[Omnics were things he grew up knowing about, even if born after the Omnic Crisis ended; there was still so much damage everyone was recovering from everywhere over time, and some places did better than others.

Still, omnics deserved as much right as anyone else.]

These things like moving sidewalks then? Know there are some folks who definitely like risking life and limb to see how fast they can go on those things on skates.

Would that be Reinhardt Wilhelm? I know of him from his time in Overwatch since he was one of the big names, was on just about as many posters as Strike Commander Morrison! [He grew up when the group was in full swing after the Omnic Crisis was ended with the help of them.

No one around that time couldn't not know about the original members; Gabriel Reyes, Jack Morrison, Ana Amari, Torbjörn Lindholm, and of course Reinhardt Wilhelm. They were heroes, all of them.] Of course Overwatch was disbanded six years ago, and I think he was retired just before that happened.

Did that when I was younger, kinda. Before I became a known name.

[Of course he bummed around with people where he grew up and then. Uh. Well, he got up to leading a rebellion and chasing a big name corporation out.]
