[That was one heck of a wake-up, and also a whole lot of information given about what happened and just where he was. It was helpful, really! No doubt about that, someone had worked hard to make sure those who found themselves here knew what was up.
Did not at all make a whole lot of sense, but there were weirder thing out there. Probably.
All the more reason Lucio was exploring, making sure his gear was secure and allowed him to skate along sidewalks—] Yo-whoa-hey!
[Along with the sides of buildings when there was something weirder going on in the streets, leaping along and clearing himself on out of the way. Possibly clear over a few heads before touching back down on the sidewalk.]
Sorry! Gotta try and be more careful. [Didn't knock the cheer out of his voice even a little bit.
Was easy to catch sight of him in Genessia City, getting a feel for the place and the people around. A steady beat emanating from the "backpack" he was wearing that fed into the odd headphones he seemed to be wearing. Not loud enough to be an annoyance, but it was clearly music.]

Hello, hello! Lúcio calling in-
[That is one cheery greeting from this young man. He still had some of his music playing, but it was turned down lower so he could easily be heard and hear anyone in turn. Just some nice background music if you asked him.]
This is one crazy place, isn't it? Still, folks here have all seemed to pull together even with all the stuff happening and everything.
[But, maybe cutting a little to the chase after spending so much time skating around and exploring...]
Since I'm new and all, figure I could ask for a little extra help. Good places to grab a meal? Fast food or not, easy to work up an appetite after taking a lot of this stuff in. Since some of y'all have been here for a while, figured you'd be the best to ask.

Ah: a troubadour! I know a certain professor who wants one like yourself. I'd love to hear you play, once you get your feet settled.

That right? Actually got a few of my pieces with me! I kinda use them for more than just trying to give people something they can get some joy.
[Thanks to that tech he took and re-purposed, but hey.]
no subject
Goodness, really? How's that?
[More than joy? Is that even possible?]

actually sitting somewhere.] What would he be doing with them?
Well, I can use one of them to heal folks. Can't really save someone from a grave injury, but I could keep them stable long enough to get t someone who could. [It helped.] Can also boost the speed of someone's movement, or just create a sort of soundwave to knock anyone on the other end of it back.
Of course that's only when it's paired with my tech.

antiheroic enterprises.]Huh! And it's all achieved aurally? Must be profound technology if so. Doubtless The Doctor will be all the more interested for that.
I don't think he'd be doing anything, personally, unless you gave permission. He's very generous, in his way, and likes to indulge when he can. Would you like a referral? A musician so marvelous is bound to fascinate him.
no subject
[It's what happens when you take hard light technology and convert it to another use.]
A referral couldn't hurt, see if he'd actually be interested and all.

[For some reason, the healers are never very enthused with suggestions like that.]
Certainly; he's...you know he just goes by his title: The Doctor. Here's his number.. I'll go tell him about you too.
[Was he supposed to refer Lucio to 12 or vice-versa? Better do both just to be thorough. And hey, he is looking for talent.]
no subject
[For good reason.]
I'll look this guy up once I get a bit more settled in my way around here! Appreciate that call out, though.
[Either way one of them is going to reach out to the other.]
no subject
Oh! Hah, we ought to try that on the Nova City travelators! If it's all I hope we'd leave dust in our wake!
[He hopes Lucio is as revolutionary as he lets on, for the robo-police might have issues with that kind of merriment.]
Better leave you to it, eh? Well, let me know should you need aid in that or aught else.

[The hard-light blades of his might've given him one speed edge, but it was still man power that got any sort of skates to gain speed.
He just didn't have to worry about wheels.]
Help's still help and is appreciated. Just helps to settle in more before I can reach out myself, so I know where I'm going if I need to meet anyplace, you know?
no subject
[And he claimed Earth, yet Ted had never heard of that word before they all arrived. Curioser and curioser...]
Well, naturally. I wouldn't expect travelators to have much of an ear for music. But have you never ran down one the very direction it headed, and gone all the faster for it? Combine that with those breakneck beats, why...
[They might break their necks.]
I know exactly. Just mind that the free apartments expire in a month's time; so many forget, leading to a few disgraces. Not that I'd blame you for wishing to leave sooner; they're a little sparse.

[Omnics were things he grew up knowing about, even if born after the Omnic Crisis ended; there was still so much damage everyone was recovering from everywhere over time, and some places did better than others.
Still, omnics deserved as much right as anyone else.]
These things like moving sidewalks then? Know there are some folks who definitely like risking life and limb to see how fast they can go on those things on skates.
[Speed junkies.]
Good to know I should be looking for a more stable place to stay and not end up kicked out with no place to go.

Haha, well if housing fails, you can always tramp! What could be more romantic than a wandering minstrel?
[He tramps, but his situation is a little unique.]
Well, if you don't know those names, you ought to! Especially the latter two, who are brother and sister to me both. I simply can't bear the injustice of keeping you from them any longer. Farewell, Lucio, and be sure to signal should trouble find you!

Would that be Reinhardt Wilhelm? I know of him from his time in Overwatch since he was one of the big names, was on just about as many posters as Strike Commander Morrison! [He grew up when the group was in full swing after the Omnic Crisis was ended with the help of them.
No one around that time couldn't not know about the original members; Gabriel Reyes, Jack Morrison, Ana Amari, Torbjörn Lindholm, and of course Reinhardt Wilhelm. They were heroes, all of them.] Of course Overwatch was disbanded six years ago, and I think he was retired just before that happened.
Did that when I was younger, kinda. Before I became a known name.
[Of course he bummed around with people where he grew up and then. Uh. Well, he got up to leading a rebellion and chasing a big name corporation out.]
That right? Always good to get that kinda bond, happy for you man. I will though, yeah.
